To me, the stress of worrying about insignificant sources outweighs the actual cals of the sources.
I used to be like that, but then realized how unhealthy it was for me mentally. If something like that keeps me from getting in shape, then I never will. Once I quit worrying about it, things got much better all around.

Check your bloods as mentioned above, but other than that, you’ll most likely have to avoid it. I am about the least anxiety prone person, but put me on EQ and it’s ridiculous. For that reason, I just stay away from that compound completely.

I’ve personally found no real difference either way. If anything, I prefer more frequent injections since it’s easier to control my e2 that way.

That’s kind of a loaded question. Why the want to drop in dosages? If the dosages are giving more sides than benefits, then lowering them could benefit you. If lowering to just lower for that sake only, gains may slow but muscle loss won’t occur. Make sure you’re on top of your food and training.

300-500mg test post show while increasing food at an appropriate rate can yield big gains

If you have 10mg tabs/capsules, I’d start at 30mg daily. Spread them out every 8 hours or so since anavar is considered more of an aesthetic drug.

I’ve used neither yet, but from the research I have done, I’d lean toward Dimensions. I’d say there’s a reason some of the resident pro’s use them.

I find more frequent, smaller objections control my e2 better. So for me, it’s worth it.

It has definitely improved my digestion/protein breakdown and blood sugar. I do a 15mL shot upon waking and another upon bed.
