My advice is don’t put a weight stamp on it as a 100% necessary goal since body weight isn’t the end all/be all. Depending on if you’re enhanced or not, you can very well change your body composition without the scale moving much. This is assuming diet, training and recovery are on point. That said, slowly work your way down to 185 lbs, take pics again and gauge your progress from there. Then decide if you need to continue leaning out etc

What is your body fat percentage like? The leaner you are, typically there is less estrogen conversion.

At the time I was on 750mg Test, 350mg NPP, 350mg Tren Ace and 350mg Mast Prop. Toward the end of contest prep. If I was to do it all over again, I’d have run the test lower at 350mg as well, since I’ve found Test makes me retain water like no other. Other than that, it was fantastic.

I’ve done Test/Tren/NPP and it’s a great combo if you’re not prone to 19 nor sides !

That may be a bit much Adex + Tamoxifen for that cycle, but then again I don’t know how badly you aromatize or if you’re prone to gyno. I myself aromatize badly, so on 350mg test I run 0.25mg Adex daily.
As for timing, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter too much, but it is good protocol to take them the day after injection.

How were the gains on the previous cycle? Do you think you can eek out more on the same? Could do 350-400mg Test and 350-400mg EQ if those compounds treated you well. Or if you want to try something different, swap out the EQ for Deca/NPP

It can affect fertility. That’s why I’d be tested for FSH, LH and other markers. That way you know exactly where you’re at beforehand. That will give a better picture of your options and the route you may want to go.

The amount of walking in Vegas is unreal. I averaged 10 miles per day, haha.

EAA’s are great for intra. For me, they work just as well as Pepto

From my experience, it’s on you to get the gear. Some coaches will get into distribution, but I’d avoid dealing with them. Some coaches will tell you where you can source from, but I’m also leery of that since a lot of times they will put you in touch with an inferior source because they receive kick backs. My personal preference would be to find my own source that I trust and go from there.

To add some anecdotal evidence about the style of training Luke was discussing from Jay, I used it yesterday on Chest/Bi’s. I stopped every set 1-2 reps shy of failure. Today, I woke up noticeably fuller than previous weeks. No changes in diet, hydration, sleep etc. Just the change in training style. It was hard to stop myself before failure on each set, but I liked what I saw today.
