I honestly don’t think it matters. I’d just pick one and stick with it for consistency. I use jasmine rice myself.

I’m assuming it’ll be standard blood work. They’ll most likely look at your test level, but 5-6 weeks post cycle of Test E you should be back down in the normal range or below it.

It could be a normal whey shake and add a little bit of fat to slow digestion.

No, they don’t need to be. I’ve had many a protein shake with uncooked Quaker Minute Oats. Lol

All of the verified labs on the SST forums seem to be legit.

Without at least at minimum a maintenance test dose, it doesn’t particularly sound like a great idea to me???

Lots of variables. If your hunger is off the charts, I’d start by adding protein since it’s the most satiating of the three. If you feel lethargic or have terrible insulin sensitivity, I’d add fats. If you need more energy for training, then carbs. If none of the above apply, then I’d add what your body seems to digest best. I know this is a vague answer, lol, but there really is no right or wrong answer as mentioned above. As far as across all meals or all in one meal, I typically spread them across meals since it’s seems a bit easier on my digestive tract.

Now, if I yank too many fats, my progress stalls almost instantly. My satiety, digestion, pumps and vascularity also seem better when I keep fats in.
Why not try increasing the carbs, but leave the fats in?

200mg – 300mg per day. Even aside from some estrogen control, it’s has other great properties to it.

Nutra Bio Intra Blast. It’s one of the few EAA products that actually contain all 9 essentials. Most EAA products I’ve seen only have 8. I start sipping pre-workout and finish at the end of the workout in about 1250mL water.

I’ve done both ways, both equally successful. I think it just comes down to preference, really. For myself, I prefer to keep them the same daily and simply remove my intra drink on rest days.

If I weigh myself directly before bed, I typically wake up 6-7 lbs lighter the next morning upon wake up.
