My training stays consistent. Always pushing hard and trying to match or better my strength on all lifts as to maintain my lean tissue.
Diet, on the other hand, when cruising my fat intake increases and when “on” my fats go lower.

What’s your Tren experience? Have you run Tren E or any other Tren variant before? If not, I’d run the Test higher and take it fairly easy on the Tren dose your first time around. A little bit of Tren can go a long ways.

I’ve gone back and forth between EAA’s and PeptoPro, and in myself I found no difference in recovery capabilities. Both worked equally well for me.

I was able to get extremely lean last year running 350mg NPP per week. If I was peaking for a show, the last 6-8 weeks I’d drop it in favor of Mast/Tren. Otherwise, you can still get very lean while running it.

MemberAugust 2, 2018 at 12:11 am in reply to: Cardio or Reducing Caloric Intake to increase deficit? When my progress stalls, I tend to alternate between adding 5 minutes additional cardio per session or a 5% reduction in calories (typically carbohydrate furthest from training or fats if high).
That said, sometimes you have to go on instinct too. If I notice cardio is beating up my legs etc and that my hunger isn’t very high, sometimes I’ll do another 5% reduction when losses stall, rather than more cardio.

I’ve got the JLab Epic Air. They’re true wireless earbuds. I’m extremely happy with them.

If progress is still being made on the current level of test, I wouldn’t change amounts or add any other compounds. Throughout the years, I’ve found test can take you pretty far.

I cruise on 175mg Test Cyp weekly, broken down into daily 25mg subq shots. While doing so, I run 0.25mg Adex on Mon/Wed/Fri and this keeps my E2 under 40, verified with blood work.
Once upon a time I cruised on 300mg Test Cyp split into two 150mg IM shots weekly. I was using 0.5mg Adex EOD at that point, and my E2 was high at 106.
As an FYI, I aromatize more than most while using test.

I’d say the least amount of caloric deficit required to reach the desired loss weekly.
Myself personally, I’m trying to shed 1.5-2 lbs per week. I’m weighing in the mid-high 230’s. I’m down nearly 20 lbs from where I started and every one of my lifts continues to improve, so I highly doubt I’ve lost any tissue.
At your weight, depending on your body composition, I’d imagine 1-1.5 lbs weekly is plenty.

I’d drop the caber. I see no need for that on test prop. I’d also try dropping the arimidex to 0.25mg twice per week.

If you’re absolutely killing yourself with training and HIIT, that’s a lot of exertion on the system. Requires a lot of recovery. You may need to back off on the HIIT and switch to LISS or MISS for a bit. I had a similar issue last time I leaned out. Instead of backing off on food or adding a carb up, I backed off on cardio intensity and I immediately started dropping weight again.

The only true way to know if you’re recovered properly is blood work. The last large 20 week cycle a buddy did, his blood work was nearly perfect after 10 week cruise on 300mg test weekly. Some may take less time, some may take more.

I’m partial to EAA’s and a little bit of Karbolyn. It tastes pretty good and definitely makes a difference in recovery for me.

I’ve tried both extensively and have no improvement in performance or recovery with either one over the other. Both have proven equally effective for me

I’ve experimented back and forth with peptopro and EAA’s with dosages from 10g all the way up to 25g, and 10g EAA worked every bit as well for me as peptopro and as well as any higher dose did.
