    Do you aim for a certain heart rate during your cardio sessions?

    I think there would be benefits to keeping 50g-60g fats in for the majority of prep and reduce them if/when necessary when things get toward the nitty gritty.

    I’ve got to say I definitely agree on how we tend to overthink gear. Seeing what amounts guys like yourself, Hollingshead and JP run etc., made me take a step back and lower my amounts. If monstrous guys like yourself are supporting and/or growing on 1,000mg test plus smaller amounts of other compounds thrown in, there’s no reason for someone like myself with ~195 lb LBM to be near those levels, especially when I was still progressing on the lower amounts. Instead, I’m going to keep pushing the progressive overload and food. Definitely a real eye opener- thank you for that!
