I’ve been treating each vial as 15iu, but am now curious if I am leaving results on the table by running less gH on training days than what I thought I was.

    @hilly

    ?

Sorry, I should’ve tagged you in my previous post. When you switch to Meditrope when not using Ansamone, how do you treat each black top vial? As containing 10iu?

What I meant by my last post is I’ve been treating the black tops as containing 15iu per, and adding 1.5mL of bac water. If it’s actually closer to 10iu, for example, I’d effectively be running less gH than I thought I was.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but regarding the Meditrope- how do you treat each vial? As containing 15iu?

here is the test, no i get no free stuff from them, they only pay my igf1 test. i am only a regular customer and happy with the loyalty of this company

This is a good test result and again runs in line with results I have posted before that were seen on pro muscle with a dose of 7/8iu pharma grade.

Bloody good result for genetics n the reason I do use these when I can’t get ansamone.

Also goes to show doesn’t have the silly claim of 16/18iu like I have always said to tho lol

what would you say how much iu is one vial?

I’m assuming 7-8 iu as based on his reply, but I’m also curious as to Hilly’s thoughts. Or maybe the better question is when not using ansamone, how does Hilly use/treat the Meditrope vials?

Of course it matters. Are you going to build your house with sub par materials or quality materials?

Anecdotally, I’ve done it both ways and there was absolutely no comparison. Quality foods win every time in my opinion.

I take them with my first meal and my sixth (last) meal, which are both protein/fat meals. I train after my third meal, as an FYI.

I wouldn’t call you skinny, lol. Your physique looks good and you look heavier than your current weight for sure. You will definitely grow well.

Shoot it anyway, lol. On a serious note, if you look at pharmaceutical grade gH pamphlets, it basically only says don’t use it if it is cloudy. If it’s not cloudy, I think it’s fine. We’ve all dropped a vial or two gH.

I’d start by adding 200-300 calories over whatever your current maintenance calories are.

Small changes. Most people start too large then shoot themselves in the foot for later down the road. 200-300 calorie reduction, generally from carbohydrate.

That’s a lot of gear. If my math is right, over 3 grams a week. Does your size and condition warrant that amount? If not, I’d lower the amounts immediately. That will lower blood pressure surely, as my best guess would be that is what’s causing the redness.

Yes to the fat in PreWO meal.

Regarding PWO, I’d personally go with whey for the protein source. As for the amount of carbs, that’s up to you and if your digestion process is handling it properly and your body is doing what you want in regard to composition.

Maybe, maybe not. I think it ultimately comes down to digestion. If your carbs were the same in both scenarios, but you couldn’t digest them as well as when spread out, then I’d say no. Otherwise, body composition possibly could improve.

Rice based is best. Rice Chex is my favorite.
