I drink 4-5 liters per day and stop drinking water the last couple hours before bed. I still wake up anywhere from 4-6 times per night to pee… and I’m not talking small pees, lol. From the time I go to bed to the time I wake up, I drop 6-8 lbs bodyweight per night.

Can you trace with any certainty the headaches and sinus issues to the gH? If this is a recent development I.e. have you changed any other gear or added any orals? Possibly getting sick?
Or, are you finally having water retention issues related to gH use? That could drive blood pressure issues etc.

It really won’t matter either way, especially at one off day per week. Just save it for PreWO on training days.

There’s no need to increase 50mg/week if the current level is progressing.

For me, two rotations is perfect. That way, 10 days later I can come back and attempt to smash my rep’s or weights.

What do you attribute as the main factor(s) that allowed you to make such substantial changes in body composition while not altering your diet 21+ weeks? Re-introduction of hormones, DNP, the body simply assimilating better as it goes? I find it awesome that composition can change that much without constant reduction in calories or increases in activity.

Inject in a fattier location if possible. Also be sure not to inject too quickly.

M/W/F would be the least frequent I’d be willing to do. EOD or ED if you’re able.

I personally wouldn’t kick start it at all with prop. You’re already going to be using an oral, which will act as a nice kick start as is. So, in my opinion, there is no need to complicate things with different esters. Also, don’t choose an arbitrary cycle length in terms of how many weeks you’re limited to. Let your bloodwork dictate the cycle. Sometimes that means shortening cycles, sometimes that means lengthening cycles.

I do rear delts by myself without problem. I basically lean on the counter of whichever side I’m pinning and reach around with the other hand to pin.

Any updates? Do you typically run higher protein when prepping, or have you found that you do well on lower protein amounts?

Stick with Meditrope. I’ve used other generics, Serostim and now Meditrope. Meditrope is as good as anything else I’ve used and the results in the past two weeks alone have been pretty ridiculous.

Typically, immediately pre and post workout are the two times of day you want to avoid anti inflammatories.
