Regardless of gear change, at 232 lbs I think I’d be increasing protein consumption. Just my opinion!

HCG is not a tool for estrogen control. If anything, it will increase estrogen since it will increase intra testicular testosterone.

Typically too much alcohol in the solution, or if it’s a different source they may use a carrier oil that irritates you.

I’ve had one fixed about ten years ago. I was back training at full intensity about 6 weeks post op. I went to the gym prior to the 6 week period, but was very smart with exercise selection and listened to my body if it told me not to press my luck.

In regard to the different sources you mentioned you’re now using for gear, do you still recommend Genotec?

It depends on what the root cause is. If you’re in need of a deload from the gym, this can and will kill appetite as well as sleep quality, increased irritability, lethargy and so on.

What will be your deciding factor to up the volume from mostly one out set to two in the future?

It’s deload time. Take 4-7 days off then reassess.

You can’t exactly draw a comparison since your cycle was completely different.

I’d personally play with other compounds so you can find out what you really respond to/don’t respond to.

The time I see it being a bigger deal, is if doing longer esters with every day injections. That could potentially be 20-30mg extra hormone per day. 140-210mg extra weekly adds up for sure.
