300mg to 500mg jump plus an additional oral for a second cycle is unnecessary in my opinion. At most, 400mg should be more than enough bump.
I don’t believe in front loading. At the end of the day, half life is half life. Whether you do 400mg or 800mg, blood plasma levels are going to peak at the same time given the same ester. Blood concentrations may be a higher the weeks prior versus if you weren’t to front load, but after that period your levels will be on the decline. I’d rather start at whatever my chosen dose is and let it build and peak from there.
If you want the effects sooner, switch to prop.

I personally think it comes down to the individual. I know naturals who can train with more frequency and volume and still recuperate better than I can enhanced.

2400 cals also has some room to go down. I know many large bodybuilders who have periods where they are 1,000 less calories than that.

I honestly would not take anything. 7 points high according to that range is not of any real significance. How long after finishing the cycle did you get bloods? If you got them too soon, test will still be toward the higher end as will estradiol. Assuming you had bloods done too soon, your LH and FSH will also rebound with more time. So to me, those numbers look pretty good. I’d leave everything as is. Just my two cents!

I would imagine at that level of protein intake, he stays somewhat satiated. I could be wrong though?

It’s pretty easy. It may not hurt, but you’ll definitely know you pinned there if you’ve never done it before.
You can pretty easily lean on a counter of the side you’re going to inject. Then reach around over top with your injecting hand.
I’d use 25ga 1” at largest, preferably smaller.

I’m not prone to anxiety naturally, but put EQ anywhere near me and I’m on the roller coaster. I plan to never run it again for that reason.

If you want legit TRT levels, you’ll want to lower your test dose some. As far as AI, I’d lower the Adex to 0.25mg EOD.
