    These were my last thyroid bloods from a few years back. I’m going to get them re-done ASAP to see where I’m currently at.

    Looking at your rebound and prep cycles, are you a “low test” type guy? If so, is it due to aromatization? Or just preference for other compounds?

    Did you train before blood draw? Whether that day or the day prior? That will also elevate liver values some.

    I’d run the same cycle as last time or close to it, then during the next cruise phase don’t let your bodyweight come down. Your body needs to “learn” to hold onto the new lean tissue.

    I do everything cooked. It’s just simpler to do large batches that way. Nearly all protein sources I’ve found cook down 25% in the manner that I cook them, so I adhere to 7g protein per ounce. With carbs my go to is jasmine rice. I weigh out the overall batch of rice and volume of water, with the same rice cooker every time. For this, I’ve found every 35g cooked scale weight to be 10g carbohydrate.

    Weighing out raw may be slightly more accurate, but in the end I think I’d be splitting hairs.

    In general, I personally don’t see height mattering. I think each individuals own genetic response to gear would play more of a significant role.

    I 99.9% doubt it’s muscle. You dropped Dbol which aromatizes like a mofo and dropped cheat meals. You shed water.

    You dropped water from the Dbol. If you’re worried about weight, you’ll simply have to eat more. Could easily drop the 10 minutes of stairs as well.

    Do the same dose and assess from there. Some UGL’s are dosed properly. Others aren’t. Treat it the same way and note the differences. Adjust from there if you have to.

  • JP fully supports Genotec. They should be simple enough to source from, so I’d purchase from there if you’re having difficulties.

    I’ve found better success for myself with the longer cycles, but starting compound(s) low-ish and minimally increasing them when things plateau. I’ll push food as much as I’m able before this. When I think more food will accrue more body fat than tissue, then I’ll bump the compounds.

    I’d personally drop the nut butter. Other than that, it’s really not as bad as you might think. Higher carbs and low fat in the Rice Krispies, higher carbs with medium fats in the muffin to help regulate blood sugar during the workout and whey to have amino acids present. Other than dropping the nut butter, I’d leave it as is.

    If you’re still progressing, you don’t need to increase any dosages. Get the most from the least.

    Are you still progressing without the Dbol? If so, leave it out until progress stalls.

    Depending on injection amount, with long esters like Cyp or Enan I like to break up into two shots: Monday and Thursday. If the amount gets larger, I’ll do them more frequent.
