The tingles never happened directly after the shot for me. I forgot to mention I was using Serostim as well.

My hands/fingers would fall asleep way more often, especially while sleeping. Definitely that tingly, numb type feeling. When I quit the gH, this continued on for months before things got back to normal.

Keep it simple. 350-400mg test with Dbol again since you have it. Concentrate on properly pushing food and training. I’d avoid the mini cut at the end. Newly gained muscle tissue needs time to stick around. A mini cut right at the end of your cycle heading into PCT (I’m assuming) sounds like a good way to lose the new tissue.

It’s not low. Total T isn’t huge, but your Free T is very good within the range.

It comes down to your digestion. If digestion is an issue, highly branched cyclic dextrin won’t cause any gastric distress. Vitargo, dextrose, waxy maize, Gatorade powder. I’d personally go with whichever is cheapest that agrees with your stomach.

I always drink a lot of water to help flush, keep active and moving around and have periods mixed in with sitting with my feet up. I can see a difference within a few hours. By the next day after a good night’s sleep, I’m pretty much back to normal.

If it’s only been a day or two of lacking appetite, it could literally be as simple as an illness. Two shots in could also affect your appetite, so I wouldn’t rule that out. Give it a couple more days and see if it passes. If not, you may just have to do whatever it takes to get the calories/macros down.

I agree that it doesn’t make sense to fake something so cheap, but people do lots of things that don’t make sense. Being that BLACKOUTSKIES is familiar with the effects and feeling of legit T3 and now 75mcg isn’t making him feel anything, it seems like the evidence is pointing to that.

Did you have Free T3 tested on that latest bloodwork?

Could be counterfeit. Always stick with a source you trust.

It’s a waste of money with a sound diet in place. Purchase Crystal Lite instead

I aromatise badly on test as well. Using at AI is the only real answer. That said, I’d try 300mg test weekly with 30mg anavar daily (split into 3 doses evenly spread throughout the day). Start with 0.5mg Arimidex on both Monday and Thursday. See how you react to this. If that is not enough, you shouldn’t need anymore than 0.5mg Arimidex every other day at that test level.

Have you ever ran Primo before? If not, I would be inclined to run NPP the first 6 weeks and Primo the last 6 weeks. Then you can see exactly how you react to the hormone.

The only real way is to commit to a number of calories for a week and watch how your weight fluctuates, or doesn’t. If it goes down, up calories sensibly. If weight stays the same, run for another week and watch the scale again as well as pay attention to performance. If performance is going up, leave it as is until performance plateaus. Then increase calories again.

Easy peasy: Butter, coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, extra virgin olive oil, nut butters, nuts (not peanuts) and avocado just to name a few.
