Micro-dose it every day via subq if going after legit TRT levels. I’ve done this and it works very well.

Just warm water under a running faucet usually won’t cut it. Heat up some water in a measuring cup to the point it starts to boil. Then put the measuring cup on the counter and sit the vial upright in the cup. You don’t want it filled with water to the point it submerges the vial completely, but similar height to the oil level. After sitting several minutes, they should dissolve completely.

I would personally go into an organized meal plan with the same calories as you’ve been consuming. Just going from junk calories and going to planned meals/macros in the same amount of calories will most likely elicit positive change.

With the pre training meal.

ReliableRXPharmacy for pharm grade. Takes several weeks since overseas.

I also get zero sides, but I personally save it for prep as it’s another card I can play when things plateau. I like offseason to use less harsh compounds and let diet and training dictate progress.

I’ve also found my recovery to be optimal on 4x training per week. If you’re now recovering on the 4/5 times per week, I’d be inclined to keep volume as is.

Myself personally, I bulked up to an all time heaviest of 255 lbs at the end of March. Then I cut 30 lbs while using legitimate TRT levels before hopping on cycle again. I actually lost no strength at all in this phase. That said, I’d personally start leaning down on your cruise amount. With calories that high, you will be able to hold onto performance. When you notice performance *just* starting to decline, then I’d hop on. That should help amplify the effect of the gear as well since your body will be ready.

Not enough details. Is food high? Has recovery been good? If so, then you don’t need to adjust anything. You can still make progress on a bridge/cruise.

To my knowledge, pre workout people generally add a small amount of fat to keep blood sugar from crashing mid workout. You want stable levels during training. Intentionally spiking insulin pre workout could potentially cause a person to go hypo mid workout.

Be prepared to spend $2000-$2500 yearly for testosterone only. It’s not cheap and not worth it in my opinion for what you can source quality gear for.

Take 2 Puori O3 capsules, twice daily. That’ll cover your optimal EPA and DHA requirements.

I fully understand taking out the deca if that makes you anxious, but I see no need for tren or anadrol at this point. I’d run the test/eq and leave it there for awhile and let your training and diet do the work. You need to leave some cards in the deck drug wise for later on in the prep when things plateau.
