    what health supps can be taken to help aid blood work coming back good? currently taking animal pak multi vit, was gonna get there omega range and the stak range to help overall health. any other recommendations on what I could take?

    iv kept my carbs out of meal 1 anyway and not really added many carbs 2 and 3 just a little to get me through the day. were see how this week goes. once again thankyou for replying ????

    just Seen these other replies ???? I’m a mechanic 5 days a week work 8-530 with no break only to eat food so constantly on my feet and moving. thanks for advice made changes today so were see how the next few days go, 2 and a half weeks until show day! ????

    hi James, firstly congrats at your last show looked great! ???? I noticed on your rest days you only have carbs for breakfast…. why is this? I know your body doesn’t need the carbs as your not as active but why carbs for breakfast? adjusting my rest day food was gonna do something similar as my jobs very active would put oats am just to get me through the day… thankyou ????

    thanks guys. I’m definitely in a deficit also doing 3x a week 40 minutes liss and 3x a week 30 minutes hiit. plus I’m a mechanic so I’m on my feet physically doing something most of the day. was just curious bout carb placements. I tried no carbs pre today and it wasnt a great session at all so wont do that again lol. but if weight stalls I can take some from breakfast… thankyou sorry for rambling lol.

    James question on injection sites…. you pin quite frequently I presume.. which areas do you rotate? dont want to keep doing glutes under 7 weeks out, have shoulder issues so Injecting can cause inflammation and make it worse… where would you recommend? thankyou ????

    Heavy squats. It’s mass your trying to aquire. Making your quad as big as possible. Progressive overload and great form and I time your develop sweep. Throw some leg extensions in too but heavy as squats even leg presses. Build the muscle so it is so big it spills over the outside of your upper leg 🙂

    I have improved my overall chest development significantly by pre exhausting my chest example…

    X2 sets of 15 75% max weight
    Incline fly next session flat fly next session maybe cable fly.

    Then I hit my compounds and as above focus as much as possible in mind/muscle connection…close your eyes and see the muscle working. Drop your weight for a few sessions and slowly progress upward again but using 100% of your mind and target muscle to move the weight 🙂

    So for example…max weight for push down 3 paces back from machine/cable then step closer then again?

    Sorry if I’m sounding like I spend to much time lifting weights and nothing else 🙂
