    I will add to the above , I don’t think ego is a bad thing , it’s an important thing to manage and understand . Appeasing it too much is bad , but feeding it the right amount to work like a fucking machine, is where we want to be

    You certainly will, it’s just an adjustment period for me atm , the last time I trained like this, I was jumping into track sessions and plyo sessions with my friends that were GB athletes and the season before I was playing rugby for wasps , so right now I’m just feeling my way back to how I used to train before I shifted all out bodybuilding , will take me a few more weeks and then I can start putting together some proper s and c content. It only took me 2 sessions to double my box jumps , another session I will be jumping back over 1m , 110cm and my throwing / sprinting will be there so I can actually demo stuff properly ? . This is where having ridiculous s and c coaches from 12-18 years old will come through for me/ us once I feel stuff out and share it ?

    Really impressed with what a change your making mate. Your a smart cookie but doing this against your ego and taking you out of comfort zone is admirable!

    I did the same with boxing and now Bjj so I’m kinda on the same route as you! You never know we may end up rolling together in comps! I’m in the masters category, I’m 110kg and a white belt so you never know ??

    Jordan are we going to get some videos on here with your new training approach!? As I’m doing something very similar other than having a Boxing Day I’d be more interested in seeing your new workouts than any other on the site if I’m Honest

    Hello Corinne fellow Bjj new starter here! Loving the journey thus far! Just a quick question are you striving towards Bjj or still bbing as I’m curious as to how you are managing weights versus Bjj from what I’ve been messing about with is I’m doing a upper body, lower body, full body split.
    I’m doing a explosive exercise first like say a hang clean, then into a strength exercise say deadlift then some accessory work for joint stability and hypertrophy.
    I’m keeping my reps low on the power and strength exercises around 3-6 of 3 sets to try and keep recovery in line. I’m wondering what kinda reps and sets you are utilising and if it’s effecting your recovery?! I know your a bit of a work horse so I’m interested to see how your getting on. ?

    Our athletes wouldn’t plug anything at all unless it was gd, so if they like it / trust it , you can bet it’s right. Much like me, all of the rohm lab tests came back right , and I would happily use them or dimensions or southern ghost at any point

    Jordan might be a silly question but we all know the issues with the raws not long ago with Rohm especially the test E. is the lot you’ve had tested got an expiry of 24 or 25? I had loads of issues with pip and low test using Rohm but have been assured the new batch is g2g

    I would speak to your doctor about the high FSH – its not something I and well versed in or is normally seen

    When I say top set ranges i mean 5-6 then a drop off set of 12-15

    I played at a good level also but never cycled then but a lot of lads did and there was always a rumour lads would take the women’s contraceptive pill to raise estrogen! How true this is I don’t know hopefully some one may confirm or laugh at this but not many of the lads ever got caught
