You know your protocol you know your dosages so if you can source real test and then get your bloods done as @jordan proposed intermittently until your satisfied everything is on track it will probably cost you around £6.50 per month rather than £130 but it’s totally up to you.

You can become desensitised to it long term from my research
It will spike Estrogen.
Hcg etc is used to bring fertility back when needed n works well alongside hmg.
Long term hcg use just makes little sense to me personally
But I’m no doctor that’s for sure and it’s just my opinion

Hilly why don’t you like HCG with a trt protocol? Interested to know as it seems a lot of docs prescribe the HCG alongside the test as a way of keeping fertility!

To be honest 2iu is very low and used for anti aging rather than fat loss it will work a bit but your probably better buying yohimbine if it’s fat loss your looking at as it’s cheaper
If your looking to improve body composition I’d look at doubling your dose to at least 4iu
