NB – I’m more concerned about steroids that could potential cause issues in recovery, i.e more bleeding etc.

It doesn’t sound that bad to throw in Isotretinoin – personally I always found this as the nuclear approach when dealing with Acne. As you’ve been on it before the whole range of side effects which come with using this; some of which are really really unpleasant if you can remember.

Personally, I would get my bloods done – try found out if there’s a reason for this breakout, and potentially adjust your cycle to counterbalance the acne. Alternatively, I was in a similar situation to you 2 years ago, mine was a bit worse than yours is now though from how you described it. I took 40mg a day for 3 months, and it absolutely cleared my skin up, I had initial side effects but they wore off pretty quick. Just make sure you get your bloods done, pre, during and post as this medication can be pretty nasty on your panel and cause some pretty serious issues. (Not saying you should do this, but this is what I done…but I’m stupid)

Personally I would split up injection sites, alot of oil going in one area.

I only ever touch ROHM, always had good results with these.

Rohm usually has white caps, doesn’t have a made date on it anymore either. All the labels I have had were straight as well, yours looks wonky.

Potentially try it, and blood test in two weeks? Let us know how you get on.

You potentially may not need a PCT, only way is to get a blood test at around 4 weeks to check your levels and make a decision from there.

My go-to is TRT + from Medichecks, there are quite a few discount codes out there normally for 10% etc.

Your best option is to contact local gyms to see if you can rent some of the equipment.
I’ll post if I find anything also bro

I’ve searched high and low mate, no chance at the moment. And for the ones that you can find at a reasonable price, the lead time is way too long. I’ve surviving off resistance bands atm, and bodyweight exercises – not ideal, but it’s the best I have. Can only hope the gyms open within a month.

If your acne was bad enough to be put on isotretinoin from a Dr, I would suggest finishing the course, and then enjoy the benefits of most likely never get a spot again.

Short term loss, long term gain.

Sounds like your prolactin/estrogen is off the scale if your nipples are leaking. I’ll be honest with you, if you can’t do blood work you shouldn’t touch gear – you’re playing with your hormones at the end of the day, and the potential for serious/life long consequences are high, and not completing blood work is just stupid – therefore, stop taking gear until you can afford to do it properly.

Personally, I take 0.5mg Arimidex aday, as I suffer from estrogen sides whilst on cycle.

If you’re taking T3/T4 your TSH will basically be zero, as the Thyroid Simulating Hormone (TSH) will not be signaling to create more of these hormones as you’re supplementing them.

Are you taking these with Dr’s guidance because of hypothyroidism or because you want to get in shape?

Oh really? Take a picture and post on here of the vial mate, very surprised.

I’ve been using their stuff for a while with good results.
