I haven’t tried this one personally, but if you’re looking for a good supplement to help support stress I would look at the TrainedbyJPnutrition Halcyon. Excellent product to take post workout, pre bed or in times of high stress.
I use it to help me sleep with the Sleep Aid, really rate the product.

I’ve always used a rice cooker, much better than microwave rice as they add loads of crap to it.
As for reheating, yeah, I batch cook mine and reheat upto 5 days later no issues.. just don’t reheat twice, that’s when it’s dangerous.

I was on 100mg for 3 months from my Derma, sides we bad, i.e painful skin, redness, dryness, painful lips etc and I needed surgery on my leg no Dr would touch me until I was 6 months clear due to issues it can cause with the skin healing up etc.

I would stay away for running isotretinoin all year round, as firstly liver toxicity and secondly most surgeons will not touch you if they know you are running this.
In terms of 80mg dose, from memory the dose is normally 1mg per kg of weight, for a100kg man, they normally start at 100mg a day – but this is for severe acne and monitored by doctors by bloods.

I use basmati rice and it’s fine. Are you putting in enough water?

Should I supplement T4 then? Or continue my T3 dosage?
I’m guessing just continue my T3 dosage as T4 just gets converted into T3.. so may as well supplement T3 only?
-
I take it all year round – the cost is worth it for the health benefits.

I’ve got some DragonPharma stuff 2 years out of date, and it’s fine.. had my blood back and they are doing what they need to do.
IMO, as long as they have been stored correctly you should be good to go, they may lose a small amount…

I’ve had this before – hot shower and massaging the area helped a lot!

Perhaps, I should include Levothyroxine 50 a day, lower my t3 to 25?
