Nicholas I have to eat masses of food to gain weight for example I’m 6ft2.5 I weigh 230lbs I have quite large expenditure that I can’t avoid I work shifts as well days and nights to make things even harder, I have to consume massive amounts of carbs like 600+ a day to see a noticeable difference and I don’t take exogenous insulin at the moment so I think it would be beneficial for me to bulk on the majority of fats, also get my insulin resistance to better numbers and possibly utilise the carbs around training a lot better… I’m not even near educated enough hence why I’ve asked on here but does that seem logical ? Haha

Kuba, Jordan’s spoke about his diet being largely pro fat last night on his live and angling carb intake around training, I am a hard gainer (eg quite large expenditure daily un avoidable ) so to push kcals high and gain weight carbs end up at stupid numbers daily… would it be beneficial for me to do the same as Jordan spoke about ? And typically is that the sort of setup with diet your running or are you carbs all day everyday haha I’ll appreciate the reply if you’ve got time

No mate I’m just saying while I’m on cycle and food is high I normally look at bloods and see if everything is in check such as oestrogen because I’ve noticed I stop gaining weight when my oestrogen is high mate, if all hormones are in check up food because your probably under eating for your expenditure which is sometimes hard to believe

Have you checked your oestrogen while running your cycle ? I’ve noticed if mine gets a little high I cease and get flat and it feels as if the gear isn’t working… that’s just me.. and simply up kcals and worry if you continue to up kcals and stop growing, we sometimes don’t realise just how much we burn, I don’t believe fit bits and step counters are 100% accurate at all.. I’m 6ft2 sitting at 220lbs and I don’t gain weight on 5000kcals a day which is a nightmare, but you have to do what you have to do

newly Enhanced second run, 500mg test cyp 200mg tren e 200mg mast per week as a blend; not going ott with added supplementation just protein powder intra carbs and eaas, 3-4 litre of water a day, does that sound low though do I need to be hitting 5-6 litre a day ? Thanks for reply @drdeanstmart
