Thanks alot Peter. Appreciate your advice mate. I will 100% get my sperm tested then. I’ll also up my dose of HCG 1000iu MWF too and see what happens. Think I’ll test the HCG I have aswell and put a drop onto a pregnancy test to see if it’s legit. I think you could be right, maybe it’s not showing because I’m taking far too little.
Annoying if it’s bunk as it’s already costly lol.Do you know where the best place is to get sperm tested mate?

Hmmm strange. The guy I normally get from has been very good and everything has been spot on for years. Now I’m doubting him….It’s not pregnyl which I did think was strange but I trusted it. Maybe I’ll switch that out and see what happens

Outside of that, I’d say leg press. Leg loading is difficult with just a barbell.
Thank you Rich. Defo looking at a Watson single station pulley system as don’t think I’ll have the room for a double and I was thinking of a leg press as I’m not getting on with squats every leg day atmo haha. A leg press would be nice ?? -

A company was making attachments for a leg press that attaches to a rack which looked awesome- can’t remember who but if I come across it I will come back to you
Thank you Kamara. Yes was looking at a single station pulley system. Can do so much with it. Will defo look into the leg attachment. Sounds awesome 🙂 -

Thank you Jordan. Did message them a few days ago but not had a reply yet. There kit does look very good -
Yeah that’s a cool goal to have but it can’t be rushed. So have it as a goal with no time limit buddy. Don’t stress yourself trying to get ready for a date. You’ll be ready when your ready. Which may be sooner or may be later than that date. Just enjoy the Process and keep ticking them boxes buddy ????

Yeah I am guilty of stressing out haha, can’t wait to get on stage tbh. Thanks Joe. Gonna take all the advice on and just focus on improving until I’m good enough and ready ????????

If its something a deload catn fix, I know this demotivation thing too good..
As my injury series started, I actually wanted to quit bodybuilding, cause I hated training the past 5 months.
But, I found new “goals” I want to reach, which are not placings at competitions, its actually more like: Want to be able to squat 3 plates painfree, train legs painfree, being flexible lean and very good looking…Things that count at the moment. I can’t think about competing if I’m not able to train legs properly.
Had a setback this week as my other knee started again to make big trouble -> again surgery is needed on the other knee.
Very very bad perspective for a 32-year old guy, but I give a shit tbh.
My goal is, I want to squat 3 plates painfree and I will ! No matter how long this will take….
Just set yourself realistic goals and stick to them. Dont compare yourself with others, I dont want to be like others, I want to be unique ????

Thanks mate. I actually had a training partner in the same position as you. Had a lot of pain in the knees which he kept letting get to him but eventually he trained smarter and made the improvements to his legs to get back on stage again. ???? I can understand your frustration. I need to take a leaf out of your book and smash the short term goals ????????

It’s deffo comes and goes – not so much anymore as I have now clear goals but deffo when I was younger. Perhaps think about setting yourself a few short term goals and see if you can achieve them – this should make you feel pretty good
Let’s set you some short term goals mate. What is it you want I achieve in the long term? I’m help you break it down into bite size Chunks.

Thank you Joe. Yeah I think that’s the answer really. I’ve set a long term goal on doing my first competition next year, but I’m kind of feeling the pressure of maybe not being ready or not being good enough, and I think it’s down to not setting the short term goals. Just gonna need to get my head down. Write down some short term goals before comp and see if I can hit all of them ????????

How about having a break from the gym completely mind and body may need it and when it’s time to come back you’ll
Be fully ready to GO againThank you Meg. Yeah you’re right. I do find when I take a little break I’m buzzing to get back in again. Had this before but not this bad. I’ll get though it eventually. Just gonna chill haha ????????????

Sounds like you need a deload mate. Take a few days off the gym. Enjoy life and then hit the weigths again when you feel ready! Half hearted session lead to nowhere!
i defo agree with this but take a full week n start fresh the following week. just relax with food n tracking ur timings and just enjoy u hopefully will then be having the drive to get back in the gym. i have done deload week where was told just go in do 1 set on each of ur norm exercises and another time where just go in n do muscle rounds 6 sets of 4 reps with 10 sec in between and both do help but i struggle to stop at 1 set. i had a deload early on this year of fully of from gym and minimal food with 1st day fasted and i was gagging to get back in gym and my appetite that had dropped off rocketed back up, this was only due to coming down ill with diarrhoea and could not hold any food in. so in future in off season once maxed out ill run this but without the diarrhoea.

Thank you Mark. Appreciate that mate. Will give this a go. Past few days have actually been okay. Getting back to my normal self. At the point where I just don’t wanna eat ???? but it’s all part of it I guess -
That’s a tough call.
My go to is always know why you do what you do.
If you just “want to get better” thats so indefinable. Set a clear goal this helps a lot.
For example I want to push up to 110kg by the end of the year or I want to deadlift 200kgs by the end of the year. A clear goal defines motivation!
You’re so right Kevin. My goal is to get on stage but I have no short term goals in the meantime and that maybe the problem. Think I’m going to sit down and write out some short term goals like you’ve mentioned and work on them ????????
Yes I think this will help you a lot. Keep on working short term to short term goals and this will add up to a superb result
Gonna work on this. Thank you Kevin ???? -
