My leg session will likely be very short mainly because jimmy said to lower volume as they are dominant. Shouldn’t I add some other work to this lower session?

Compounds first ISO’s after like any other body part. For me I tend to keep arm ISOs higher reps except I do hit some pretty heavy bicep iso work in the 5-10 rep range

And I’m assuming your 10-12 set taken to failure generally doesn’t affect your loading set which is why you take it that far?

In the video Jordan mentioned a compound movement for the rear delts. So I guess an upper back row or facepull would be the best option

Would you recommend rotating heavy and light as well?

I combined it with Saturday’s session, as I currently train legs 1x per week and they are a strong point for me. I didn’t want to miss out on legs completely

Dips with a really slow eccentric have been working great for me personally, also preacher curls and cable curls in a stretched position have also been great choices. I struggle with arm development as well

Thank you guys, I find when im overly flexible with my diet (fitting in ice cream, candy etc).. it opens the floodgates for a binge. But if I allow maybe 1 meal a week where i pull back cals a little and eat that meal, I can see myself being less likely to binge. Thank you all for the insight.

Yes this is supposed to be an aggressive cut before I drive up intake in October. I can’t say I’ve been on top of my calories 7 days per week but I am pretty damn close.. seeing tons of progression on movements in the gym tho, the goal is to minicut but if I’m seeing recomposition as an intermediate that is fine as well. And yes carbohydrates are consumed mostly around training
