I’ve just recently signed up to this app and haven’t got the chance to watch some stuff throughly
But I did some research on my own, but obviously I know it’s not enough
What I meant to say at last part was as I was doing some research, I’ve seen some videos/researches, people take test 300mg once a week and reported that they felt terrible. And as they switched to taking 100mg 3 times a week, they’ve gotten better results
