    Hi Jordan! Just did som reading back in the log and saw that you have not mentioned GH since 13 July, if I am not mistaken. You said you used 6iu rest,9iu training day. Have you cut the GH at this stage in prep or is it the same now as then? Tried to see if you already answered this, so you don’t have to be repetetive all the time but couldn’t 🙂

    Thank you Sasan for the reply, I can totally relate to that haha.. If I have my cheat meal early, it usually turns into a cheat day instead. And regarding the waking up fuller and more fuel for next workout I totally agree! Very nice of you to take your time with the responses/answers, much appreciated!

    Will be interesting to follow along here and see your progression

    Regarding your pre workout drink and pre workout anavar. How long before your training session do you consume/take your Pre workout drink and pre workout anavar? If you already answered this question, my apologies

    Hi Jordan! Considering your lifts are going up even though you are dieting and losing weight, would you say that you are building muscles and loosing fat at the same time? If so, do you always try to ”grow into a show” or do you solely focus on fat loss/weight loss?

    Hey Sasan! Looks like you are at a good place in this offseason, will be intersting to follow along! What would you consider to be a good alternative to hack squats, my gym does not carry that equipment..

    Hey Jordan! I saw from some post earlier that you did Anavar pre workout only, does that mean that you do not use Anavar on rest days? Very interesting to follow this log! Cheers

    Do you count calories from veggies while dieting? Such as asparagus, green beans, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers?
