@Kamaragraham@virginmedia.com thanks for the input! Currently doing all of what you mentioned besides the midday pre workout nap haha!

Because I work out In the evenings around 6.30pm after work i feel like a half hour nap midday does wonders for me but it isn’t the going to sleep at night bit I struggle with, it’s the staying asleep.. I’m tired and don’t take too long to drift off when I get into bed around 10-11pm but I just wake up a couple times for a wee then around 4am wide awake and literally my brain feels like it’s flying and there’s no chance of going back to sleep

@Kierajaston @Hilly thanks a lot for the responses! All helpful. Will look into the supps and hopefully they help out as I dig deeper.

This can be an unfortunate side effect I’m afraid. That, alongside the fact that your body is under more stress, food is lower, you’re unable to hold on to water as well due to the lower carbs, can all contribute to disrupted sleep and more frequent toilet trips.

If you want to continue to take clen, then make sure you have it as soon as you wake and set up your sleep routine and diet to support restful sleep as much as possible. When I’m prepping, I find that combining the TBJP Dream sleep with Halcyon pre bed definitely helped get me to sleep easier. I was still up and down in the night for toilet trips and some nights were more disrupted than others, but it’s either a case of suck it up and deal with it or drop the clen and adjust your diet and output as necessary to continue getting the desired results.

Thanks a lot Clare! I think I’m going to just suck it up and continue with the clen. I’ll get some TBJP dream sleep for these last weeks and hopefully it helps a bit

@Hilly would any normal vitamin B6 be good or should I be looking for P5P? I just got myself some B6 and waiting for vital support to restock and upped my omegas to 7g per day

Lastly. – prolactin – 4-600mg vitamin b6 might bring this down perfectly for you

Thank you so much Hilly! I will contact the doc regarding my thyroid and look to invest in some Tbjp supps as suggested. Really appreciated buddy

Thanks Sam , on the cruise , how did you feel? Strength ? Mood? Sex drive ?

Sex drive – pretty high and no problems with libido at all, think of it everyday tbh and no troubles there.

Mood – dropped off slightly from being “on” in terms of finding that inner fire but that was probably just placebo as my lifts didn’t suffer too much if at all, if anything I’ve managed to retain strength pretty well and clean up form slightly.

Strength – as mentioned above, not taken a hit at all tbh, although I haven’t tried to progress massively at this point and have tried to just absolutely perfect form, overall volume has still been moving up slightly each week in the right direction.

Scale weight – highest point 215lbs and now currently 206lbs, ready to blast again but would like to clean up slightly this time instead of pushing scale weight even more as I feel kinda fluffy, would also like to sort out e2 and prolactin as I feel I’ve my right nipple is devolving a ggno flare up again out of nowhere.. currently running 0.5 arimidex 2x per week as of yesterday to try correct this?

I’d wait for someone with more experience to chip in, however I’m currently running 150mg per week self administered TRT (split into 2 x 75mg) and my test is almost double the recommended baseline.

As you’re under the guidance of a clinic though I’d probably do as they say and then they will adjust accordingly I would imagine..

Last cycle was 10weeks, stopped due to feeling gyno & bacne flare ups. Dropped to 150mg but was obv to high for my baseline test
