    I suffered with tennis and golfers elbow.

    What worked for me was consistency with stretching of the forearm muscles pre and post workout, consistency with deep tissue work and root causing the source of the pain.

    For me it was stupidly heavy DB hammer curls. I removed them from my split, allowed the body time to heal through tissue work and stretching, I reintroduced them with lighter weight but stricter form and some intensity techniques.

    Jordan, any plans of doing a pre comp athlete edition vlog, similar to James’ Toronto and Prague shows?

    All individual specific, what are your goals (competing) and what are your life plans for a family etc.

    Dr.Dean has a sticky on PCT protocol and a video on Fertility- I would recommend viewing both.

    Very good product, well worth the investment.

    I take 5g’s post workout to bring down heart rate and calm the CNS to put my body in a good place for post workout nutrition. (Parasympathetic nervous system).

    Then a further 5g’s 30 mins before bed to relax and aid recovery whilst sleeping.

    Virgin muscle- as you are new to pinning this happens.

    However; How is your aseptic technique to injecting? I.e. alcohol wiping the vial top and the area of injection/ buying sterile equipment/ using Z-Track method.

    Longer needles to ensure correct depth into the muscle (1″ minimum, 1.25″ preferably) and will help towards prevention of potential cellulitis.

    What do you define as “fluff work” mate? Just out of curiosity.

    What length do you go to when it comes to logging exercises? I.e. Do you log lifts such as bicep/ tricep isolation work, calf work etc or is it mainly the bigger/ compound lifts?

    James, at what point do you take your anti-inflammatory supps post workout (Curcumin/ SupportMAX Neuro/ CBD)? I understand that we need good inflammation post workout.

    Sas- I remember during prep you ate your oats in what you named a “sludge” mix. Is that literally just making whey sludge (whey and a little water) and then throwing your dried oats in and mixing together?

    I am going to be travelling out of town for a few days with no access to a microwave and don’t fancy making my proats days in advance, so I was wondering how you make your “oat sludge”? Thanks mate!

    Loving the new content on the website, thankyou- some very good videos… especially the bacon sarnie breakfast! That’s how British bodybuilders do offseason haha!

    Would just like to know what is your backstage routine/ pump up? I see a lot of people making little self-made sludge’s of Citrulline/ Nitric Oxide and carb powders… do you do anything like this to help hold your pump on stage? Also, when it comes to pumping up, what is your usual rule of thumb with which body parts to pump and volume used? or is it a case of just going by feel on the day? Thanks mate!
