Still can’t change things now, back to the drawing board.
Really does baffle me with what the judges are looking for in a classic pro. Looking at your line up on instagram, its night and day obvious who had the classic physique/ classic presentation. On to the next I suppose mate- looked awesome!

If you watch Jordans day in the life vid on the site, I find he summarises standard protein bars perfectly haha.
Cheap shit.
However, you can get some good bars that are made with whole food ingredients.
I quite like the animal meal bars, made with honey, oats, egg whites etc.

Investigating the finest details before solidifying the basics. Hard training and strict nutrition.

Fairly virgin muscle if only pinned a few times, so wouldnt jump the gun just yet.
Best thing to do is monitor as days go on. If the pain/ heat/ swelling increase then a visit to the GP for some antibiotics may be in order.

As above you have doubled up on a few supps.
As a baseline for health JP Loveheart & SN liver stack. No real need for supportmax on top. Additional SN health stack supps optional.
Using Sustain and MPS max intra removes the need for PeptoPro.
JP Halcyon removes the need for MPA Cortisolve.
Digestive enzyme not really required. Better to find digestive issue by removal of food causing problem.
The rest, i’d say all have their place really. Unfortunately not the cheapest sport going haha!

I feel NPP over Deca due to reduced sides, and the sides you may encounter with NPP will clear your system quicker when the compound is dropped.
My first NPP cycle was 500mg Test E & 250mg NPP. Really good strength and size gains from just 250mg. Start low and work your way up.
Blood test prior, especially for prolactin and progesterone. As above, raised prolactin can be controlled via caber or Vitamin B6.
If you find you arent able to use Nandrolone due to sides, Boldenone is an alternative. Jordan has a good video on the site Nandrolone Vs. Boldenone.

Haider/Ryan, as a regular MP customer I would be very interested to see some data to back up the poor quality claims.
I think the low pricing of their products and repeated 40/50% “Flash” sales, speaks volumes for the quality of the ingredients invested in their supplements. It’s not just a case of their supplements being that of “poor” quality, more so now there are quite clearly better products on the market. These products are clinically dosed using patented ingredients, much more worthy of investing in. If budget allows of course.

Months on months ago you mentioned in your log you were using the CoR of Cardiff Sports Nutrition, I tried it out and I really fancy I’ve been through 5KG bags non stop and I’ve noticed they’ve got some new flavours Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Jam and PB
Have you tried any? I don’t want to buy 1 and then have to bin it, hint of maple is treating me v well.
Hint of Vanilla is the go to flavour!
