I went from astralean to Rohm clen and noticed the Rohm clen give me no shakes or cramps switched back to astralean now

Are your foods consistent? E.g if u we’re having 100g of carbs from rice have you swapped that for 100g of carbs from pasta? Sometimes food packaging nutrients aren’t overly accurate. Could be any macro just using that as an example. I always find it easier to monitor weight loss if I stick to the same foods and simple foods then just reduce those foods. Hope that’s not confusing!

Hi rotties, I’m by no means an expert but from my own anecdotal experience of using primaforce branded yohimbine it seemed to accelerate fat loss compared to fasted cardio alone. I consumed only fats and proteins up until pre workout. If I trained early morning like yourself I would probably hold off using it until your ready for cardio and try and keep your cardio away from carbs and lifting session so your able to use the yohimbine effectively. But as I said before this is only my own experience and I’m no expert. Hope it’s of some help

I used HCG towards the end, clomid and nolva after. I also supplemented with l’arginine…. not sure if that helped but certainly didn’t hurt to throw it in

I’d be interested to know this also, am I right in reading somewhere jp has Rice Krispie bars and in 1 of these alone there’s 4.5g of fat?
