About counting, i only dont count lean sources (white fish, chicken, turkey) and the other meats i count the fats (beef, salmon, mince beef, etc)
And eggs are counted for sure

True my friend! I always just enjoy it and get right back on track, but since it is a loooong trip im not sure how to approach it. Im going to hit any gym that i can and do some full body or upper lower, just for fun, my fiance loves to workout too.
Im just not sure if it is optimal to jump from a cutt right at vacation or do some maintenance weeks before

I have a skin issue, hidradenitis suppurativa, every time i get this lumps that get inflamated and grow a lot, especially on areas that the skin has friction with each other. Im not sure what to do, i have been to a doctor and he said just for me to stop shaving, but i get it even if i dont (less).
I use curcumin and omega3 for inflammation, and im not sure what to do. They call it “reverse acne” too.

If your genetics say you get bald, you get bald. with gear a bit faster, but you will loose it in every case.
I loose my hair since the age of 19 and shaved all off with 23 :o)
Finasteride has on its own bad sideeffects, I dont wanna take that stuff, against sides from abusing steroids.
But thats my mentality, I would shave my head and finished.Less medication is always better in my opinion ????

I agree with that.. dont want to go the finasteride path because every drug has it sides and im already addicted to many! (Only Marijuana besides anabolics)
Im going to try eq + tren or npp + tren, we shall see! And thanks wotti, you saying that shaved at 23 made me feel better hahaha

What about something like
300 test 300 npp 400 eq 200 tren for 10 wks?
On my last blast i did a first phase on deficit 300 test 400 tren 400 mast and a second phase on superavit on 300 test 300npp 400 eq and the second stack got me in really good shape with some more cals too. Maybe adding some tren and doing this stack again, but this time on a deficit would be nice

Hey riz thanks for the answer, did you use lower or higher test than the other compouds? And tren was higher or lower than the other compound? Im planning on lowish tren and highish npp/eq.
I always used dht on my cutting cycles, so this is a first run of using nandrolone while shredding fat, but im aware its all about caloric deficit and other variables.. so im probably going go try the npp tren stack with low test
