    Thanks for the reply buddy! I might try some maize then.. with creatine and some eaas. the problem importing supps on Brazil is that when it gets here, get taxed by the governement and the costs double up, the cost benefit is very low..

    Do you do your biceps work before the back and compound work? Why?

    Also, do you think at your level (or maybe any amateur level) is it worth to sacrifice sleep for a midnight shake? I think thats something you dont need! Just keep your protein intake high and get some good fats before bed man…
