Phil Viz is a weirdo. This is a man that named using the hammer strength shrug/deadlift to do deadlifts after himself. And would stick so many extra plates on and do 2 rep maxes. Now he’s all concerned about people’s lower backs and hamstrings? Come on. He’s bitter about the James situation and is very jealous of Jordan so trying to attack him indirectly.

Thats what i thought! A little bit of fuss ????????‍♂️

I agree with you guys entirely, every exercise has its cost reward ratio, and i love to perform the RDLs.

And still, wtf is that he was talking about, RDL and SLDL are not the same!!! After that i stopped watching the video. Just was wondering you guys opnions.

Density day is on the cards now, and deadlifts are king.

There is no reason to be alive if you cant deadlift. Right? ????????

How come, did I miss something? It looked like you were matching perfectly.

However, did you like his approach towards diet and roids and were you able to learn and take away something.

Anyways just keep up the great work, looked amazing ????
more sir personality clash my man

I’m more humbled by life and people and less aggressive these days .. Where as he has some ways about him that collide with my ethos

I don’t think I need to really highlight as most people have been telling me how he is since they heard I moved on
.. they just didn’t want to say at the time as inwa s deep in prep and trying my best so unappreciate the people for doing so.

Fact is from an old fart and this is me being polite . He steered a rolling ball . U did the off season u did the mass. I never saw anyone like u on his team and I know your last look was your best . I think your far smarter than him and I think certain posts and things I’ve read highlight a narcissist which for me is the total opposite of you j. Your last look was your best and I think your habits and heart would take u further than anyone doing a tiny bit and jumping on your coat tails. Onwards . Your the man
This guy right here said everything.

Much respect James! You’re a big inspiration, not just as a bodybuilder, but as a human, and a man!

Any idea? Was thinking about using back squats, the lower back loading from the deadlift would be too much even with the 2 back exercises with no load on the lower back before the squat?

Instead of pendulum, I would heel raised hack.

Pauses take out stretch reflex , and keep all focus on working muscle. No need to pause everything like I do, I am just very strong , and even with pauses i had 320kg/side on the leg press set that last injured me, so for me it’s now safety also

Thanks for the reply boss!

But i dont got a hack on my gym too :(, what would be a good swap? Smith machine heels raised squat? Or maybe the V Squat? Both switching between rotations?

Thanks for the reply about the paused sets, makes much sense.

All the best

FOOD UPDATE (again lol)
Ok so I’ve been finding now that cals are low that the bagel and yog are becoming trigger foods – (make you more hungry, potential to binge etc – obv this won’t happen but the feeling isn’t nice)
So we’ve opted to keep with the same very simple food sources that I like and are bland so give me no sweet cravings – my new diet is below for you to see

Some rice is weights out raw and come cooked because we’re using diff sources

TRAINING DAY DIET

Meal 1

55g basmati rice (pre cooked)
125g Turkey (pre cooked)
Meal 2 – PRE

200g cooked chicken

130g microwave rice

Spinach

INTRA

2 scoops MPS max

Meal 3 – POST

200g cooked chicken

103g basmati rice (pre cooked)
Meal 4

200g cooked chicken

100g microwave rice

Spinach

Meal 5

55g basmati (pre cooked)
200 pre cooked chicken
REST DAY DIET

Meal 1

55g basmati pre cooked

125g Turkey pre cooked

Meal 2

200g cooked chicken

100g microwave rice

Spinach

Meal 3

200g cooked chicken

100g microwave rice

Spinach

Meal 4

200g cooked chicken

100g microwave rice

Spinach

Meal 5

Nice approach to use bland foods on this stage. I feel the need to exclude some trigger foods too

Jordan, im switching to density day split now but i dont have a pendulum squat on my gym. What is your go-to exercise on density in place of it?
I was thinking some like this:
Density ->
Ham curl movement
Deadlit variation
Vertical lat pulldown
Chest supported row
Smith heels elevated back squat/hammer squat
Single leg movement

Also i see that you do a lot of pauses on the legday. Can you explain why? Its to get the lower back load out a bit?

Thanks in advance!!

4,700 is a good place to start – and most gen pop struggle to even hit this.

Keeping 1:1 to sodium preferentially.

This looks good buddy, I’d leave the density day just once, as it’ll take the lower back a few days to recover and your neural system too.

In the other back day, I’d avoid lower back loading & keep it machine based & lat focused.

You mean always repeat the same exercises on density days? And 2 rotations on the others?

Push shoulder focused 1 & 2
Push pec focused 1 & 2
Pull no low back 1 & 2
Pull with some low back 1 & 2
Legs 1 & 2
Density only 1 rotation?

I agree, IAS are very aggressive on health and most dont need to use it, just need to adjust anabolics. I never use ias, only 1/2 aromasin here and there to fix any issues, but the doses i use agree with my body and my e2 is always on balance with my test ratio. I didnt listen to this podcast or know this guy, but i disagree with people that starts a protocol already using a IA without even having any issue. People use it like tic-tac those days..

My friend, who cares about what shoes you wear on the gym? The gym is not a place for this kind of fluffyness.. I only care about safety, big weights and progression when im on the gym. Who cares about clothes and superficial stuff, should go to a mall a club or something like that

You want safety then wear rigger boots. Tell me something friend, have you ever dropped a 20kg iron plate on your toes? Brings a new meaning to pain ????????
I actually did once, i dropped a heavy dumbell on my toe while rowing, and i think if i had vibrams i would lost my finger, because i had some gym shoes and lost my toenail ???????????? it really sucks
