I cant find this LoSalt here in Brazil. Looking for a solution for this problem, it started while cutting, now im on maintenance and going on bulking phase and dont know.. my last meal is always yogurt, oats, nut butter, whey or some stuff like this

On off season i dont count them, because the extra kcals are welcome. On cutting i count everything

Cant say whitout seeing the whole diet and your objectives, etc etc.
Meals of only protein and veggies are ok, but as a last meal, i would add some fats to slow digestion, as fish digests very fast, unless the cals are really really low.

Don’t think there are any weaknesses really in terms of proportions. I would just look to increase overall mass and thickness

Thats great to hear from you matt! Im focusing on that, the overral package. Doing PPL, and 0 top up work and stuff like that. Today the bulking starts, gonna deload this week and start fresh for the push.

Doesnt nut butter and greek yogurt contain carbs though, so is it a truly 0 carb meal, the dietplanner shows meal 1 to have 0 carbs, so couldnt use greek yog or nut butters here?
Dont count those trace macros! Its only gonna be a decent amount of carbs if you eat a looooot of yogurt or nuts. Thats not the case.

Cheese, yoghurt, nut butter, avocado, eggs, oil
Chicken fish beef egg whites whey
Just mix it up. And add veggies when its not a whey based meal (i like to add ground flaxseed on those)
So it could be like
Avocado + whey + ground flaxseed
Yoghurt + whey + ground flaxseed
Nut butter + whey + yoghurtBeef + eggs + veggies
Fish + any oil + veggies
Chicken +’cheese + veggiesSome examples. Hope it helps!
