I feel good actually.. i dont wake up too drowzy. My workouts been progressing, energy is high, but after it im pretty much beaten up for the rest of the day. My mind is not very good for studying right now too, seems harder to hold to the info.

Im also using yohimbine fasted, and i drink 2 cups of coffe, one before fasted cardio and one before workout (when i dont workout i just take it before the cardio.)
Im working out everyday about 12-13h
2 pro fat meals before my training, 2 carbs pro meals after and one pro fat carb meal before bed (50p 40c 10f)

I have been doing cardio my whole cruise phase, so im just doing the same, 40min walk on a park in front of my house every morning. Dont plan to build up from that, planning to change food and stick to heavy intense workouts

I’m doing dark choc + peanut butter + brazilian nuts with isowhey.
I prefer fats than carbs pre workout. I tend to use my carbs from intra to last meal

Really solid session today. Didnt felt any pain on my kness which is a bless. I has some issues with them and a good physio did some tests and confirmed it was because a weak medium glute. Since then i have been working on that and got 90% better.
Got some progression from my last session
LEGS 3
Standing uni leg curl 40×6
Hammer Hack Squat 140×8

Awesome kuba! You got so many kinds of protein sources and always 2 or more options on meals, whats the reason for that?
I always try to use different kinds of protein sources just to not get used..

Pull day went down, this was the session!
Neutral grip chest supported hammer row 140×8
Barbell row 135×5
Underhand grip pulldown 87×6
Lifefitness unilateral low row 85×6
45lb Plate shrug 3 high rep sets
Seated cable face pull 33×8 26×12
Alternated db curl 22×6 (straight form)
Bb reverse curl 25×10 25×9
Seated calves 50×15 50×11Weight has been stable these last days, which is good. Will be getting bloods done thuesday, after that, im going on a trip to europe (24/02 – 06/03) so it will be 10 days of rest, good food and no pins. Probably going to accumulate some fat, but gonna try to do my best to eat good food, and will get a lot of steps in.
Planning to start my blast on the 10/03.
Ordered and the gear and im planning like this:

Lets start the log with my first session, it was Push and recent pics.
Push
Low Incline smith press 100×5
Banded high incline sh press 60×8
Close grip push ups +20×7
Seated Cross Over 13.75×12 13.75×12
Seated db lateral raise 18×10
Dumbell Y-raise 10×10
Ez bar Skull crusher 40×6
Rope triceps kickback 10×10
Abs:
– Ab regular planks 2 sets + Ab 1-feet planks 2 sets (alternated)
-5 sets of vacuum between planks
– Abs supra cables 3 sets
– Abs infra on bench 3 sets
Pics attached. My goal on this next blast is a 6-8 weeks cutting, more aggressive, looking to get rid of this fat on the lower back, and the stubborn fats that i got from this long off season. I would up your test to 600 first stage then drop to 300 next stage.
I would up tren n mast to 350.
I would ditch primo n consider anavar last 6 weeks

Im thinking about shifting my plans.. thinking about making a aggressive cutt for 8 weeks and get on stage condition, and then change drugs and reverse diet. And try to maintain a good condition after that. I think 80kg would be a sweet spot.
