Cheers for the reply Corinne. Currently intra workout I’m taking 20g of My Protein’s Exceed and 10g of EAA.
I workout at 6pm and usually get back to mine for 8ish, which is when I spend time with the girlfriend. Conveniently this is also for my final meal excluding the pot of quark before bed and glutamine.
On my off days I do 40 mins LISS on my lunchbreak, just a long walk.
I’m definitely finding when to schedule cardio the hardest part of leaning down.
