    Thanks for your response Corinne (apologies for the double r in your name previously).

    I’ll definitely make the suggested amendments, which like you said will lead to better progression and reduce the likelihood of burning out. Not looking forward to the safety bar, but that means it’s an exercise that I should be doing.

    I’ll also be sure to be on the lookout for feedback from my body as to when and alterations need to be made. Thanks again

    Cheers for the reply Corinne. Currently intra workout I’m taking 20g of My Protein’s Exceed and 10g of EAA.

    I workout at 6pm and usually get back to mine for 8ish, which is when I spend time with the girlfriend. Conveniently this is also for my final meal excluding the pot of quark before bed and glutamine.

    On my off days I do 40 mins LISS on my lunchbreak, just a long walk.

    I’m definitely finding when to schedule cardio the hardest part of leaning down.
