If I had to chose I wouldn’t run either
I’d run masteron or primo much safer but if option was just between the two I would always go decca over eq.
I’ve never got anything from eq aside form sides
Thanks mate, I would love to run Primo but not sure what dosage would be good. I’ve seen that a few coaches on here recommend upwards of 600 per week is that right? -
Depends on several factors – current body comp, what your blood work has said in the past when running these compounds and how you have reacted to each.
For me I would not be picking one and using both – the Eq will help to control E2 very well as this all likely be elevated from running both test and deca.
The deca is a better drug for growth so this would be my choice in terms of an off season cycle.

IF I had to choose between both I would choose Decca I find it gives just way better results.
If I had the option of running both together at Half the dosage each I would opt for that as I like the combo of them both run at lower dosages especially because EQ keeps estrogen very low especially in a cycle of test and Decca

Everyone has hit the nail pretty well on the head here.Ultimately you just need to try it. If it works for you then stick to it if not you can move onto the many other options people have suggested.

Hi mate
I use whey and CoR as a shake for my pre and find it incredibly easy. It’s not heavy at all, just like drinking a shaker of water
Give it a blast as close to waking as you can before you get yourself ready

Hey Samuel, just chiming in to say also that this should be fine as COR digests very quickly, ultimately I would give it a try and see how you feel with it, and as mentioned you could slam it into a shake for ease as well

Hey Bud, I have a client who is currently eating around 1000g carbs daily and trains at 4am before work.
He runs:-
fruit juicesustain Creatine 5gMPS max 11g
As his pre workout drink on the way to the gym.
He also has an Intra shake which is the same minus the fruit juice
Post shake immediately after which is performance isolate and sustain/HBCD
then he starts his meals 60 mins post workout…..
This has worked well for him in terms of digestibility and ease in terms of timescale.
Your Carb intake will be individual your needs and goals currently. But i agree fully with Oscar and would opt for COR as a shake personally. Id rather train fasted if anything with just EAA’s and hydration.

Hey buddy!
I would try performance isolate and COR with water upon wake and see how you get on. COR digests extremely well so hopefully this should digest quick enough for you.

I would try and protein and cor shake 1st thing and see how you go. If that’s too much eaas pre and during mixed with a carb powder.

Hey buddy! Cream of rice should digest pretty damn quickly to be honest! Also carb powder like sustain or performance fuel. I probably wouldn’t stack both together as it may effect digestion so choose one or the other! Alternatively you could try a protein yoghurt and some Ricecakes as that’s digested very fast for me previously!

You could actually add some COR to Whey Isolate and water and have it as a shake pre workout and see how you get on.
Alternatively you could have water, EAAs and electrolytes on wake to ensure you’re well hydrated, then start sipping a Carb powder like Sustain on the way to the gym into your session.
