Much better option, you will get far more results and much less impact on blood work from this
Thanks mate 👍

very much agree with the above.
Also what is your current body composition like?
What is your Blood pressure day to day
Hey legend,
I’m sitting about 12-14% I would say (my photo is my current condition)
Wouldn’t know my blood pressure but I’ll get it done asap 👍 -
Completely agree with Clare and Kuba here. When pushing up with bodyweight in an off season your can’t ignore staying on top of cardiovascular health through cardio/HIIT and also health supplements. Your body isn’t used to carry more weight here, so it’s important you stay active to health accommodate the increase in bodyweight. This will have positive impact on your performance and also your ability to recover
Thanks mate, good way to learn and only get better from here 👍

Hey bud sounds like you are just unfit, adding some cardio should be key here.
Year around cardio should be a staple for anyone in their offseason imo, huge health benefits and improvements in performance and recovery
Thanks Kuba! Time to up my cardio 💪

If you’re going all out on a Hack, it’s pretty normal to feel short of breath afterwards. Slow your heart rate down with some deep controlled breaths and try to stay calm. The more you panic that you’re out of breath, the worse you’ll make it.
Aside from that, including a couple of HIIT cardio sessions a week may help to improve fitness.
I don’t know how heavy you are or how much bodyfat you hold, but this can affect your breathing and fitness levels too.
Make sure you’re also covering your health supplementation whilst on cycle and monitoring your blood pressure and health markers.
Thank you 🙏
