okay thanks to both, so my plan was to make 5 days meals on sunday, u think 2-3 days survives in fridge and freeze rest 2 days meals? or freeze 3 days meals and keep 2 in fridge

There seems to be alot more sets than in the video jordan made in education, wasnt everything else one set but Quad compound 2 sets?

thanks oscar, felt pretty good, session was easier and i lasted whole session without feeling like ass, few reps were lost on few sets but most maintained but thats maybe cos of week off?
about halcyon, i got sleepstack and sleep aid and ashgwanda wich is pretty much same thing as it is?

Hey @youngoscar last day oon the 7 days off, what aa boring week lol sleeps been getting better, last 3 nights only waken up once like 1:30hours before waking up to alarm, still had issues to get back onto sleep after that but not waking 4 times a night.
Just wanted to ask do you think that i should go straight to normal volume wich is kinda low, explained on earlier comments, or go easy and only do one set per excercise? Thanks

I would definitely do a full deload as Jimmy suggests here.
A week off the gym and whilst at itâŠaddress your routine, your meal times, meal choices & bedtime routine. Look for blind spots & see where you can improve. Then hopefully once back on you can have a good runHey oscar thanks! Do you think that sleep disturbance can be caused by CNS fatigue? Im thinking to try Upper 1 on tuesday, if that goes to shit and nothing progresses again, maybe take wed-sun off aka 5 days, think thats enough? Or just swallow it and take whole week?

As Clare touched on the lack of sleep will be 100% affecting your performance and also could be contributing to the hunger through rise in hormones like leptin from lack of sleep. 6 weeks and you are smashed when your volume isnât crazy high seems to indicate that something else Is the cause. If you are super smashed I would take full days off the gym. At least 3-4 and then reassess and In this time really focus on getting your sleep on track.
thanks jimmy, not really super smashed, lifts been stalling for 2 weeks, also lost few reps on DB high incline, that was also a case of miss stabilizing the weights. also lost one rep from RDL Top set but got one more on backoff today, my mind wasnt on it tho.Maybe i give it one more week if things get better
After reading the suggestions from the guys and your feedback I think you should definitely have a good at turning this around yourself. By engaging your mindset to annihilate your sessions. Firstly address sleep. Make sure you are hydrated and then get some good tunes on and go hard.Thanks, gonna try working on the sleeping, been doing alot of stuff but shit just seems been happening!

The lack of sleep is no doubt affecting your recovery and therefore your progression. It may be a case of either needing to focus on sorting your sleep out or addressing your training split and/or volume if youâre finding you are needing to de-load quite frequently, which in turn should improve your ability to sleep due to reduced stress.

Yeah my problem first was that every other night i had problems falling asleep for 1 hour to 3 hours at worst, also waking up closer to morning, started supplementing magnesium, ashgwanda, melatonin and now im falling asleep fine tho. Shouldt have stress, i dont stress easily other than money, but im also not working atm. im 31 years old and my tested T levels are below mid range of normal, closer to low end, maybe im just not made for this style of training? Growth have been better than ever thoTraining is UL R U R L R Repeat
U1 6 sets pressing, 4 sets back, 3 sets laterals and 4-6 sets arms top/backoff style
U2 Same with different movements
L1 2 sets of ham curl, 1 RP set of Adductors, 2 sets of RDL, 2sets of Leg Press and 1 RP set of Leg Ext
L2 2 sets of ham curl, 2 sets of leg Ext, 2 sets of adductors, 2 sets of hack and 2 sets of Leg Presseverything to absolute failure as i have training partern

The seated flat press , has a more realistic loading point , itâs probably my fav flat press machine . Also, doesnât matter at all what you can do in comparison to other machines , now the focus is how to add a plate without any change in form
