    Looks pretty good bud. JP’s training principles book covers U/L splits as well as how to progress into the next phase of P/P/L types of setup.

    I would mini cut 4-6 weeks

    Then go again

    Move to upper / lower split potentially if running full body currently

    This looks good , the only movement I’d change is that behind the neck smith press just to a high smith incline press my man .. run the rotation see if you recover well and if so rinse it. If not come back here and we will help .
