Something that I’ve utilised in the past when its come to knee issues was blood flow restriction training. This is heavily used within rehab due to its ability to allow the athlete to train at a good intensity without having to use a weight that might make the injury worse. BFR, if done correctly, can be hugely beneficial (and hurts like hell!) I’ve popped a website below that goes into a little more in depth about it . Hope this helps!

Hey Sara! I’ve also utilized BFR training for legs due to many knee issues and pain and absolutely love it as I am not able to do any low rep quad sets. I was curious how you would specifically set up a leg day using BFR? I struggled with figuring out which exercises to use it on and how to setup volume parameters with it. Thanks in advance
