Not a crossfitter, but I do have a military, endurance sport and greco-roman wrestling background.
Your “crossfit cycle” would depend very much on what phase their training is in and what their focus is. As well as how individuals react.

Majority of your needs will be covered by a low dose of test and GH. Increasing recovery to allow your training and nutrition to drive progress.
Mainly going into the winter trying yo put strength on, while keeping gymnastics and cardio where they are at the minute

At a GUESS…id say GH for recovery / tendon and ligament strength, and maybe low dose test and anavar. Something that wont cause much weight gain but improve strength , explosiveness, speed etc. but this is my guess. I could be way off
ALSO would focus more on petites. They’ll also help a lot of endurance , mental focus, energy supply etc like mot c, slu pp 332, ss31, semax
I’m thinking 350mg test weekly, 50mg on training days.
Peptides 1mg mots-c daily but want sure if you could add Slu alongside mots-c

Been using SiS injectables with no problem but heard their anavar is not any good.
Can’t find a source with Rohm anavar either
