I would personally run the same cycle again for your offseason just for a longer duration, 16-20 weeks.
Bloods were good and you clearly made great progress.
Nothing needs changing
Great physique ๐

Hi dude, yeah I got my own compression vest from Amazon as the ones they sell you are not fit for our body shape ๐
I wore mine for a couple of weeks then I just used it at night whilst I slept mate
I’d consider getting the TB and BOC in straight away pal – I did from day one of waking up ๐
You’ll be very happy with the results pal ๐
Not fit at all haha! But got myself one off Amazon too and makes the world of difference. Feel like it’s improved a lot already. Just a bit black and blue.
TB500 and BPC is in! ๐ Want this recovery speedy as possible!
With regards to judging going back to training, what did you go off? Mostly just feel or did you wait for the bruising to go?
I personally waited for the majority of bruising to go before I trained chest itself mate. You will be fine with lower body training after 4-5 days.
Itโs blood pressure related why they donโt want exercise in the first 6 weeks as it increase chances of a hematoma forming but in Poland they stitch the back of the nipple the muscle behind to stop hematomas happening unlike surgery here on the UK.
The gyno itself was pretty small and like I mentioned I didnโt have to have any lipo suction so the damage done in surgery would likely be less then most.
I have a mate flying to the same surgery next week for his but his is much larger then mine so I assume his recovery would be longer

If you are not using peptides or GH then yes wait 4-6 weeks. I personally see no reason to wait that long to train other body parts providing your surgeon has done a good job and not left a gap for blood to fill causing hematoma
Hi Scott, good to see your message as I’ve just had gyno surgery with Adam on Thursday. Can’t really feel any pain. Worst part is wearing the compression top so far as it always slides down my lats!
How long did you wear yours for?
I’ve running 6iu HGH and have BPC and TB500 to hand.
Used it last year and blood work confirmed it was g2g. Run it and check bloods or send it off for testing is the only way

Iโd suggest just starting your TRT and your E2 will drop accordingly. Letrozol has got to be the worst thing you could use here, absolutely tanking your e2 will have you feeling and looking dreadful and then the rebound will cause you even more issues. Whatโs the reason for wanting your e2 lower? If thereโs no side effects keep it high as it can

I assume you mean 120mg not ml. Makes little difference however some will find pinning that amount of oil sub a may cause lumps and be uncomfortable. For me itโs always IM

I had full gland removal in February just gone and I was back training after 5 days personally. Started with legs then slowly introduced upper body work. Chest was around day 7/8. I used BPC 157 and TB 500 from day 1 for 2 weeks. If you are not using the above peptides then I would judge by your recovery and healing. If you are not sore and all bruising has subsided then you should be absolutely fine. Hematoma is a still a possible risk so be careful ๐
Where did you get your surgery done? I’ve seen most people say 4-6 weeks
Your testosterone level has come back low for someone your age. Did you have very low bodyfat when this test was taken?
-
Results will vary depending on what/when you have eaten prior to having blood drawn. A fasted test is more consistent, you can then compare with future tests.

Now???
Still not showing for me mate

I would firstly look at your overall training volume and drop it down slightly to match your recovery needs ๐
Than i am at round about 3 times a week and 6 sets per Muscle.
And none of these Sets until Musclefailure, because than i feel after 3-4 weeks bad/sick.
I tried to change the basics. And i tried a lot of systems…
Because of that i made the blood work.

Your blood work is not visible. Try to upload it again -
