Yo James I just watched your video based on recovery, I injured my right shoulder about three weeks ago and completely took time off training as that’s the only way it seems to heal. I feel about 85-90% sure it’s healed now… but wanted to know how to structure my weeks training in terms of this injury and not training AT all for yes at least 3 weeks.
