If it’s been a few months since you deloaded then I’d be looking at running a good deload. I would also be looking into recovery management.. what are you doing to hep aid recovery etc?

Yeah it’s been a while only because I genuinely feel good, body doesn’t feel battered. It’s like I recover from a slight tear and soon as my lifts start progressing again I get back to a point then something else seems to get injured and the rehab work starts again. Nutrition is good, sleep hood, supps and peptides for recovery are all in and always pick the niggles up towards the end of the session

Time off as in more than 2-3 days I’d say a few months.
I was doing PP REST PPL REST
I do always go for form over ego lifting as I always end up hurting something then
So now it’s UL R UL RR 9 exercises approx 18-20 sets total
It’s really frustrating die to not even going heavy heavy but seem to pick injuries up regular

Reduce volume to 10 working sets per session for 2 weeks

See how you feel and how your joints feel

    Super easy and recovering fine

Add 1 set per session only , keep going up until you notice soreness getting too high and progress halt

Brilliant thanks mate appreciate the advise and took this into account last night and just did the 10 working sets still had a good session so will roll with tjis for 2 weeks see how we get on

Truthfully maybe not enough. Legs would have single leg raises and leg curls. Push would be single arm pec dec, and pull would have a single arm row.

I know we all get to an age where we have to accept we’re getting old but I’m not ready for that yet🤣

So I’m looking at upper lower rest upper lower the weekend rest family time.
I’ve watched the education video and it’s brilliant.

So I think push focus upper then pull focus up 9 exercises each session.

Quad focus Lower then hamstring and glute focus for lower with biceps in lower

Thinking maybe start with 2 sets per muscle see progress/recovery

    Appreciate everyone’s feedback back🙏

You say this is the fastest you’ve grown, I know it’s not down to just anabolics , but do you feel the difference in changing from higher test to the higher nandrolone? Watching your insta posts are your strength seems to climbing immensely every session😳

It will do what nandrolone does. Do you know what nandrolone does specifically that test doesn’t ? ( genuine question , so I can answer back , if you don’t , I can then tell you )

I’m definitely interested in knowing the answer to this?

Love reading this log, I get down a right rabbit hole reading what you do the purpose and benefits of everything. Been using most of the mito stack with tb and bpc with Reta and it’s great 👍

I like the idea of test and eq at 2:1 ratio but I’d rather use deca than tren, if you added deca in what ratio would you add in

    Thanks mate I appreciate that.

So the plan is a good 12 months of gaining some quality tissue and not getting to fat haha

When you say aggressive with food would you start pushing the cals now ? And increase training volume to to allow this?

Cheers for the response Hilly appreciate it

Anyways the bruising is only slight but near my bicep is this looking more like the tendon? I ruptured the other side last year off the bone so had surgery. This one the muscle seems okay and hasn’t moved how would you rehab this much thanks

So reading that your 268 and when you push up you don’t want to go above 280/285 as that’s what feels good. When you hit that weight I’m guessing doesn’t take you long do you sit at that weight for a bit or see how you feel?
