You say this is the fastest you’ve grown, I know it’s not down to just anabolics , but do you feel the difference in changing from higher test to the higher nandrolone? Watching your insta posts are your strength seems to climbing immensely every session😳

It will do what nandrolone does. Do you know what nandrolone does specifically that test doesn’t ? ( genuine question , so I can answer back , if you don’t , I can then tell you )

I’m definitely interested in knowing the answer to this?

Love reading this log, I get down a right rabbit hole reading what you do the purpose and benefits of everything. Been using most of the mito stack with tb and bpc with Reta and it’s great 👍

I like the idea of test and eq at 2:1 ratio but I’d rather use deca than tren, if you added deca in what ratio would you add in

    Thanks mate I appreciate that.

So the plan is a good 12 months of gaining some quality tissue and not getting to fat haha

When you say aggressive with food would you start pushing the cals now ? And increase training volume to to allow this?

Cheers for the response Hilly appreciate it

So reading that your 268 and when you push up you don’t want to go above 280/285 as that’s what feels good. When you hit that weight I’m guessing doesn’t take you long do you sit at that weight for a bit or see how you feel?

So if you’re in an offseason and using insulin how do you become less sensitive? Is it when your body fat percentage is higher? So if you was to use it after a cut at a low dose your more sensitive then ?

I really appreciate the feed back is great advice.

The big picture is I’ve kind of just played at it the last 2 years due to kids work and life things just get in the way. But it’s a clean start now but my diet has not been great?

My long term goals would be one day to compete again but short term is to grow and look like a bodybuilder again not a retired strongman?

I apologise in advance for asking all the advice it’s more of my goal being to lean down and back into a gaining phase how aggressive would the mini cut be??

I’d start by tidying up your diet, follow a training and diet plan, add in some cardio, then see how your body responds. You’ll likely re-comp a little just by doing this. Then you can start chipping away at your diet and/or increasing your output as you go. If you want to speed things up, dig deeper.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks for taking the time to give your advice it’s much appreciated

So with what I mean by strict would be no carbs in meals except post workout not even intra. Closer to the show my carbs went from rice to pineapple post workout. Zero cheat meals etc so with contest prep it kind of got stricter the closer I got obviously to keep my body changing but with a mini cut would you start it like a prep or start it like the last 4-6 weeks of prep. And what my problem is like the am cardio as I work a full time job and have children on my own so my cardio would have to be squeezed in at the end of the session.
