Week 17 of the push up, sitting around 93kg after my wedding weekend filled with cake and booze! Damage control was implemented a few days after and didn’t eat like a complete twat. Finally seem to have a found a good ratio of test / eq at 3:1, seems to crash e2 hard for me. I’ve just started working with Jay, looking forward to seeing the progress we can make in the future.

Afternoon all, been a while since I’ve updated this log, hopefully I didn’t fuck it up JP! currently on week 16 of the push up, sitting at 92kg so 5kg up so far. BW has rose quite a bit the last 4 weeks and seem to be holding a bit of water around the ankles and mid section. Thinking about getting a coach over the next few weeks to really help me milk the most of of this phase and the next few push ups: still pussy doses of AAS at 300T 150Eq 3iu GH.

I can see pics – i would remove the t3 at this stage yes and then retest in 6-8 weeks to check natural levels

Week 8
Sitting at 88.3kg, holding weight nicely at the moment so just going to keep the plan the same, lifts progressing and feeling good.
Sleep a bit fucked at the minute, keep waking up wired around 3am but managing to get back to sleep but it’s a bit broke .
Weekend away in Copenhagen coming up, il take that time to rest up and run bloods with Eval when I get back.
Plans for next week being kept the same:
TD 3500cal
NTD 3200cal
CV 60 mins per week either stairs or incline treadmill.
15k steps is what I tend to average
300 Test 150eq 4iu GH – might need to up EQ or drop Test slightly as I’m getting some nipple sensitivity, I’ve put in 0.25 adex twice this week just to see if it helps and it has so thinking e2 is running a bit high.

I’m going to replicate a few more days of the heavy workout perimeter carb focus and then asses as what I experienced from the pwo meal
On wards was just silly low blood glucose all afternoon and eve and it wasn’t fun , I was 3.6 before both my last 2 meals !
Clearly the igf , ontop of the Lantus , with the fast slin just causes a bit of a sinkhole
Real igf can cause quite large increases in insulin sensitivity for 6 hours post shot and both my des and lr3 are real , so I think I am quite literallt too insulin sensitive , regardless of forcing up BG , to use insulin . If that’s the case I will spread the carbs a little more to not feel gash all eve lol!
The Mito stack + Reta , just doesn’t call at all for additional slin it seems , beyond a baseline of low dose Lantus that then cleans up anything in the back ground

Average weight 88.1kg, Nice bump of 2kg in weight this week from the extra food and GH. Feeling fuller, lifts progressing, less fucked up and no real fat gain.
Still messing around with the test eq ratio to find where I feel best.
