Hi Hilly, thanks for the response! I’ll miss a week to let it settle, I think I’m getting a double whammy from the elevated prolactin aswell as I’m getting a bit of nipple sensitivity which is strange considering low e2?

Week 6 of the reverse✅
Average weight 86.2kg down 0.4kg from last week so I’m going to be a bit more aggressive with the food bump this week, feeling like recovery is still down a bit and need to make the most of the anabolics. Again, eating around a 1000 calories more than the back end of the diet and still dropping weight. Not sure whether I’m taking it too slow.
Run some bloods this week and found that EQ impacts my E2 quite a lot, Testosterone sitting at 94nmol and E2 is at the low end of the reference range at 40pmol. Libido and mood are a bit shit so thinking to alter dosages slightly to bring the E2 up.
Bumping Test to 350mg
Dropping EQ to 100mg
GH 3.3iu
TD 3500kcal
NTD 3200kcal
CV 60 mins per week
Steps minimum of 15k stillAny advice or recommendations would be massively appreciated!

Week 5 of the reverse✅ average weight is down 0.1kg somehow but I’m eating around 800 calories more. Something must be going right.
Still feeling the fatigue and hunger and sleep is up and down but we’re pushing through. Focusing on getting progressions across my lifts.
So adamant to nail the reverse this time. Excited to see what progress I can make this push up.

Week 4 ✅
Still as determined as ever not to fuck this reverse up, have been fully on plan, no off plan meal since finishing the fat loss phase still. Feeling beaten up again this week.. Lift progressing very slightly but mood in the gym and libido is a bit low.
Average body weight 86.6KG, down from last weeks averages again and is lower than the end of my fat loss phase average weight
Steps are always between 18/20k, that’s why where I seem to land and 15 mins Cardio 3/4 times a week.

Plan for week 5 is TD 3050KCal NTD 2800KCAL
looking for a bit of advice on what to do next really, I’m still feeling under recovered particularly after leg days and mood/libido is pretty low. Weight still hasn’t budged since the end of my fat loss phase and I’m cautious of wasting time I have with above TRT doses, Albeit they are still very low.
Any advice is really appreciated!

Hi Hilly, how do you find the slu in a gaining phase? I know a lot of people use it in a fat loss phase, but on paper I can see the benefits for using in both.

Why don’t you just eat what you enjoy and if you can eat 4 or 5 meals with your schedule just do that?

Another week locked in, happy with progress, feeling a bit beaten up at the minute!
Average weight 87.0kg up 0.3kg from last week.

PEDs – 250 test 100 Eq 40mcg clen
Switched mast for eq as started to get nipple sensitivity, oestrodial at 209pmol on bloods so this must just be a bit high for me.
Will try to find the right test / eq ratio to keep me around 150pmol which is where I feel good.
First time using eq, il run bloods in 6 weeks to see how it affects me.

Headed down to Brighton today for PRP so no training today and tomorrow. Had a good few dog walks and other than that a pretty non eventful day. Off for coffee with friends tomo so looking forward to that. Off to bed now.

Hi Kuba, why do you use a combination of salt and lo salt? Is it for the added potassium? Do you recommend a 50:50 split salt:lo salt or is it too person dependant to give recommendation? Love all of the content lately!! Keeping me entertained during my morning steps!! Thanks
Sodium and potassium ratio is best sitting at 1-1 – I track it on chronometer [/quote]

Hi all,
I’m going to use gh during this next push up phase, planning on 4iu pre bed daily.
Do you think it would be worth while starting right away whilst I’m reverse dieting slowly or wait a few weeks until I’m back to a decent amount of food, body is fully recovered and gym performance is good?
