Wow that’s really detailed mate and really appreciate it. I’m on t3, feel flat and not getting much pump but that’s the price hey. 11days to go on 130grams of carbs as of now but going to drop tomorrow too 100 and keep at that till peak week begins keeping fats at 30gramd and protein 300.
Sunday being last leg session is perfect as that’s how my rotation will lead too 🙂
The carb up protocol if different to what others, some front load others back load even doing 50grams carbs only from greens for two days before bring carbs back.
Everyone’s different I guess so trial and error for first time

Cardio 60mins liss and then 20mins hitt pwo
Food is 300p 140c and 40f so around 2000 calories with no referees for two weeks. Weights not dropped hugely in past 3 weeks say 2.2 kg but body fat has a lot

300protein, 450carbs, 60 fats, with proteins remaining the same and carbs been brought down each week bar last two, with a couple mini refeed
Cardio started at 45mins liss ed and then 60 after 4weeks of cut and then hiit added at 6 weeks with clen/t3 introduced two weeks ago with dosage increasing weekly starting at 40mg clen and t3 25mg
Clen is 2 on 2 off

Enhanced mate and this is the first time
Currently on 150grams carbs, 40 fats, 300 protein
Been on this 2weeks now with an hours liss fasted and 20mins hiit pwo
Added yohimbine to the mix and do see improvements but I wanna be nasty cut
