    Bloodwork is useful here

    Check your sodium / potassium levels/ magnesium levels

    Too much of any electrolyte can have negative consequences

    For me personally, my sodium tends to be low in bloodwork, so I make an effort to get electrolytes in. I think for most bodybuilders eating clean food, they likely need more sodium, but let bloodwork answer the question for you

    I would worry that you may end up in a caloric deficit on rest days. Probably move rest day carbs to at least 225
