    Squats need a little more core stabilization (especially if it’s a barbell squat vs a hack). But that doesn’t mean it’s better.

    Define better as whatever you like to do, that you can get stronger over time

    Ah ok then, I think I might go with Upper Lower then.

    I saw faster strength gains with Upper Lower and Full Body then with Push Pull Legs (though my training age was younger when I did them), so was thinking of optimizing for frequency.
