So idk if it’s the MENT or just placebo, my appetite increased quite a bit. Libido is also increasing slightly.
Which is nice because I struggle to eat lots. Although I’m currently only sitting around 4000ish calories.
My weight also shot up by 2kg’s in the past days, also looking quite full. This could also be due to the GH increase though.
(Which leaves me at 88kg’s now)
Right knee still sucks so curious about tomorrow and how my second lower day will go.
Very eager to get them gym sessions in, will be logging again from next week onwards in my notebook again. Lately I’ve been autoregulating my sessions a bit instead of tracking every lift.
Which felt relieving for the moment but right now I want to track everything again to make sure everything goes according to plan.
