Are you fully recovered? high CNS and adrenal fatigue post stim use may take a little while for you to fully recover.
I would guess this will come back down in the next few days but keep a close eye and then get some testing done if it doesn’t come down bud
I feel fairly good but it was a 27 week cut, my baseline is so far down.
Like yes training feels good? Logbook is moving up with standardized form. I guess best case here is take a couple days off the gym, breathe, relax?

noted.
i would wait a few weeks longer and keep checking it. If it doesnt come down I would see if you can push for an earlier appointment.
Have you tried doing some mindfulness / self care work to see if its stress related? May be an option short term but I would not be adding in beta blockers etc
I have been attending mindful yoga twice a week to try and lower it as well. I would say I’ve never been happier in life as far as stress, anxiety (never really had much anyways).
Thank you hilly. Will definitely follow your advice

if you were using for a while you may find some of that stuff is still lingering in your system.
Are you using any AAS – anything changed this side last 2 weeks?
How much weight have you gained in the last 2 weeks since cut stopped?
Hey Hilly! I’m up 3.5lbs! I’m just on 200 test atm. No stimulants not even coffee.

Apologies for the shit grammar above. Also open to any and all lifestyle and supplemental choices prior to meds!

I might be an exception here (although I know a few others who are similar) I love anadrol in the off season. But I know lots of people can’t handle it
All week or just certain body parts? You usually run 4-6 weeks? 50mg?
-
I use in maybe 25-30% of clients off season – usually 1-3 times a week on focus body part days – this seems to allow for longer use without any of the sides you may experience .
What oral and duration is very person dependent
Interesting. I’d definitely like to bring up my legs this offseason. You run anadrol just in the weak body parts? Person to person and bloodwork aside, could you sustain that for a larger amount of weeks?
yes 100% – ive see me run this approach for 8-12 weeks with some clients and found it very useful.
I also like to use test base for this purpose to – oil version only tho
We’re talking test no ester? Interesting. How soon pre workout would you take that? And at what dosage to start? Did you notice a high estrogenic reaction? You’ve got me intrigued, I think I’m going to run it during my rebound on my leg days.
90 minutes – yes test no ester but only oil based – i would not use a water base.
No real huge E2 spike personally.
No effect on hunger like using some orals also.
Thanks Hilly, for seeing a 20week offseason coming my way. Going to try 50mg pre workout twice a week for legs, may increase to 100mg 10 weeks down the line or add a little anadrol in pending. Don’t wanna count my eggs before they hatch but I appreciate the input -

I tried it , didn’t like how it felt , couldn’t eat , so couldn’t grow .
Tried it with lots of clients , the same
Maybe you can eat and feel ok . Only one way to find out 🙂
Appreciate the input Jordan. I’m very much so convinced by all the people saying it’s counterintuitive, I can’t imagine I’ll be the exception 😂 Maybe 25mgs of anavar some day. But curious about everybody else’s exception situations/cases.

MemberApril 24, 2025 at 9:20 am in reply to: Getting the final bits off glutes/hamstringsI’ve discovered since this post my primo I sent off some time ago – is fake through janoshik unfortunately. So moving forward with your push up advice.
I’m thinking to go into a push up phase in 1-2 weeks. Add 50 grams of oats pre and post training days, 15 grams peanut butter morning and night on rest days to my current plan. Assess weight gain from there. Change 40 minutes stairs to 30 minutes bike. Add in 350 eq as primo is no longer an option, some sparring arimidex until EQ is saturated.
What do you think of this? Am I pushing the food up too conservatively? I’m considering 5IU GH as well. Or should 4IU suffice? Thank you.

My pulling phase initially was to become lean to sensitize for a push up phase. History wise I’ve done two shows with two seperate but reputable coaches. Clearly they weren’t as good as their reputation.
they both put me on a boatload of drugs, did lots wrong and I looked a lot less good then I do now. Since I arrived here with much less cardio and drugs it’s become a bit of a vendetta to pull that last fat off self coached, using less drugs. It’s regained me a lot of confidence in myself and as a bodybuilder. Perhaps I’m flying too close to the sun in my efforts to prove myself however, missing the Forrest for the trees.

Could always rock it every second lower day, do a single set with a rep in the tank then access from there.
Next one rolls around and you’re recovered? Could add a set, take it deeper towards failure or just rock that setup progressing in weight/reps/form with that single set. That always leads to some progression
Or add it to the other leg day if your lower back loading throughout your training cycle is low! (I couldn’t recover, but maybe you could!)
Just my 2 cents from a rookie who’s recently switched to upper lower, and definitely couldn’t recover from SLDL’s every 3 when I tried. Mileage may vary!
Start low and access is always safe 👍🏻-

MemberApril 20, 2025 at 9:18 am in reply to: Getting the final bits off glutes/hamstringsI appreciate the feedback. Thank you for your time and input kuba. I feel very good and I am comfortable with this small water retention currently since blood pressure is good, and no stage time anytime soon, and regularly estrogen is dialed. Definitely won’t let it run for the sake of testing again so thank you. fat truly is my main concern at the moment.
Trestolone unfortunately will stay in due to the possibility of my partner becoming extremely ill in case of pregnancy. 1mg has essentially made me azoospermatic as intended. I will drop the test down, add some low primo, drop the adex and take the suggested maintenance period with removing the other stimulants, then keep pushing along.
I’m very excited for your first episode podcast with Jordan.
Would you recommend pulling cardio back during this 2 week period? Perhaps switching to bike and going down to 30 minutes.-

MemberApril 20, 2025 at 5:55 am in reply to: Getting the final bits off glutes/hamstringsI ran it high to assess primo dosage for estrogen modulation in relation to test and trestolone in the offseason. This estrogen was elevated for maybe 10 days tops. As Immediately after i went back to my regular arimidex dosage that keeps it within range. These pictures were taken with estrogen in range, i cant help but feel like there’s not a ton of water covering up those glutes/hams. Seems like fat.
Thank you Kuba. I’ll run up the calories roughly 350 for two weeks. Pull the suggested compounds and make the adjustments you suggested. I truly appreciate the input.-
