    Apologies for commenting on my own post. The bloodwork came out quite small, screenshot and zoom works fantastic.

    I forgot to mention that my strength is truly fantastic at this time, energy levels are also quite good. My logbook has held and in some areas even improved from 195lbs.

    Sounds like a good plan, 4800 was also drastically too much. I didn’t actually lose any weight at all until I progressively lowered and hit 3000 calories.

    Apologies for the poor formatting, I believe I should’ve double spaced. I’ve also added some pictures of my progress, one of which was taken at my flattest in my profile picture. I also deleted main post off home page, so any input from this please checkout the post!

    Couple of things, only my opinion:

    1) Diet: When starting offseason, a proper reverse diet will help keep decent conditioning. The way I go about it is adding 200cals extra each week until I reach a point where I am gaining on average 0.5 to 1KG a week (Just me personally) If my abs start to disappear, I pull back for a week or so. Off-season doesn’t mean fat.. Keep cardio up too, just for health reasons.

    2) Gear: With the info you gave. I wouldn’t recommend Ment at all. also, with you only being on 50mg test now, I would start at 200mg max. Keep test lower and add a different compound. Eg – 200mg Test, 200 Primo, maybe even 25mg Proviron a day. You can start there and possibly increase dosages. I like keeping test low personally. Get some bloods done on cycle too.

    By pulling back I do mean dropping cals. Usually from carbs to get rid of some of the water. Going to maintenance or just below for a week or two is a good idea, but again, it’s very specific depending on body composition/goals, etc.

    Ment: I don’t like the compound. personally, I just stick to what’s “safer” and have more data to support its use. I don’t think anyone on this forum advocates the use of Ment. Not saying you shouldn’t use it… I just wouldn’t personally.

    Maybe you should start a log on this forum and then we can all follow along and give advice/opinions when you need it at that specific time. It’s really tough to plan far ahead, you never know how your body is going to respond. There are so many factors involved, best just to see what happens and make adjustments accordingly.

    In the case of the first question it’s just the icing on the cake like jordan says.

    Trestalone I liked when I tried it, I got strong but luckily didn’t get the vacant self sides tren usually gives. Like anything it’s a very individual response

    Appreciate your response, whats the highest dosage of trest did you get up to? And how long did you take it? I’m concidering upping it to 20mg the final weeks.

    Honestly it’s the only drug I didn’t get on with , it made me feel very strange , I can take 200mg tren ace a day and feel nothing mentally, just my usual disconnected self , 10mg trestalone a day and I was anxious as hell , the hornyness was also silly , like dangerously silly lol , I have tried it 3 diff times too , all the same for me

    The horniness is almost unbearable. I’m chasing my wife around daily, thanks for your response.

    It all moves you towards more muscle provided your eating and taking your weight up , let’s say in those 4-6 weeks you were able to hugely jump forward again in performance and you take your weight up 10 pounds in that time , your coming away with a nice chunk of new muscle . The under pinning factor really is surplus and performance in the gym , I have honestly found what I actually take really has never made that much diff , what makes the diff is what has you feeling the best to be able to train and eat

    What has been your experience with trestolone if any Jordan? Seems to not be highly spoken about in the pro ranks, however I’ve seen incredible gains in strength and performance. Also thank you for your detailed response and I will use tthat information accordingly.
