If you’re not due a trt / off cycle phase and are ok to continue the diet on cycle, then you don’t need to change anything at this point. Nothing wrong with the cycle. Focus on getting lean and monitor how you look and feel.
Once body fat is low, If you wanted to achieve a harder , drier look then that’s when you might adjust the cycle
When do you decide that it’s time to drop back down to trt?

Gradual weight push up was going to go til end of march then start dieting and then drop test down.
I don’t think I can get primo atm and I’ve never used eq so never came into my mind to be honest -

Agree with Sara.
From my experience it comes from daily life or job more than gym or training.
Training just makes it worst with loads actually.
My mother is a plumber, that’s a demanding job, it’s not mandatorily carrying heavy stuff but the positions all over the place in which you are when you work, most of the time it’s on the floor, or arms in the air, or very bad postures of shoulders, arms and neck to reach very little spaces which demands a lot of precision.
From the inside of the elbow, do you carry often your childrens in your arms ? Do you carry anything repetitively in your daily life/job with a “hammer” curl or regular bicep curl type of stance ? (Sorry for my english)
I would first go to the physio to fix this
Then I would take the supps others told u
And third I would investigate to remove the parasite moves which puts your joints into tension.
Yeah that makes sense since although I’ve said I’ve had it easier in work I’ve been on my knees and balancing on joists drilling so may be down to just the awkward positions I’ve been in.

I’m feeling it on the insides of my elbows must be the tendons as it feels sore from upper forearm to lower bicep.
Starts flaring up once I start my day work/training/carrying on with my kids. Just need to order the apprentice about for the next few days for rest 😅

Currently gaining so around 10kg more from starting weight. So lifts have been on a steady rise also.
I’m an electrician but it’s been quiet so not been too demanding recently so no real extra load than normal.
I suppose I’ve not really bothered with recovery in supplementation always been lucky never really had any real niggles like this. Not getting any younger at 36 so will give the joint stack a shot to hopefully give some relief.

Yeah lifts are progressing and I’ve been not altered my exercise selection for a long while now so I don’t think it could be from that.
I hadn’t trained upper from Friday and it came on home from work on the Tuesday which confused me as I’d had a quiet day.I don’t take any joint supps as I’ve never had it before.
